"Hm I think I recognize him," said Whitley.

"you do? who is he," asked ruby looking at the guy in a suit offering Weiss a seat.

"Alexander green," said Whitley. "he is the son of the man that runs the vale branch of the SDC he must see it as his way of surpassing his father or to help his father transfer to the home office."

"but wouldn't being head of the vale branch be an important role why would he leave," asked ruby. while her knowledge on the business world was not the best she did know a few things from listening to Weiss's complaints.

"while that is true some feel that being in the branch office is an insult to them and feel they should be where the main decisions are being made," explained Whitley. "I have only met his father once earlier today so I cant say for certain if he is like that or not though."

"oh okay," said ruby getting more relaxed the longer the two talked. "so how do you think Weiss is going to react going out on a date with him next Saturday?"

"Depends on his motives and if he is smart enough to take the slow approach to meet his goals," said Whitley. "if he actually asking her out to ask her out she might find it enjoyable but if has other goals and try's to push his goals on the first date he may find himself with a very angry date."

"Well if that last part is the case good thing we were told not to bring our weapons on the date or she might stab him," ruby said. "she tends to be shortsighted in her anger."

"that she is," agreed Whitley as the pair continued to watch the auction.
