The tough-but-fair, brown-skinned manager of her team at Gekkoukan High, Yuko Nishiwaki is no stranger to conflict. Be it convincing stubborn teammates to take better care of themselves, to dealing with the misguided **** attempts of a girl who had been cheated on at the same time by the same boy as Yuko, to the simple rigors of everyday life as a schoolgirl. She manages alright though; with an interest in care-taking and teaching, and an extracurricular that keeps her in good shape, she keeps afloat, even though she has her ups and downs with her temper.
