Who do we follow?
Yuki, 36F, a businesswoman that learns to relax!
If you were to look up "high strung" in the dictionary, you'd likely see a picture of Yuki Yoshida. You could flip through that entire dictionary, and never manage to find a word that suited her better.
She wasn't needlessly cruel of demeaning-- But she wasn't the type to show kindness either. Having earned one of the highest ranking positions within her corporation, Yuki operated with the utmost efficiency, and she expected the same of others! From their work habits, to eating habits, to the way they dressed.
Yuki herself was an... Attractive woman, though it was hard to tell, given just how little she accentuated her beauty. She was only ever seen in her business attire, neatly pressed and flawless. She didn't believe in "casual Fridays", and her coworkers assumed that she didn't believe in the term "casual" as a whole.
She had a rounded face, typically in an emotionless expression, if not a scowl. Just enough make-up to be presentable. With glasses, and her black hair always done in an immaculate ponytail or bun.
She showed up at the office before everyone, and left well after. Unsurprisingly, she was assumed to live alone. Yuki never made mistakes, never relaxed, never let herself enjoy her many accomplishments. The workplace was where she truly seemed to thrive!
Which made her non-negotiable vacation... Difficult.
"Frankly, it's for your own good..." Her boss had said. "I appreciate everything you do around here. We all do. But we worry about you, Miss Yoshida! Everyone needs just a little time to... Unwind. Relax, sleep in, be a little lazy! You'll feel better for it, trust me. We'll see you in a few weeks."
And with that-- Yuki had been forced to tap into the untouched vacation days she'd accumulated. Alongside a "relaxation tape", gifted by her boss.
A waste of time, in her eyes. Who knows how this company would fall apart without her supervision?! But she'd never dream of arguing orders, and so, Yuki began what might've been her very first vacation.
Or rather, "staycation", as some might call it. She didn't plan to travel. She didn't have anything overtly fun or adventurous lined out. She planned to be just as prim, proper and productive, until this silly little period ran its course...
