This thread is strictly masturbation only. You can't inappropriately touch anyone else or make them touch you without their consent, and no one's gonna show you anything that wouldn't normally be visible wherever they happen to be. However, you can do absolutely anything you want to yourself, any time and any place you feel like it, and you can wear as much or as little as you want.
Not Bothering Anybody
Why shouldn't you be allowed to do whatever you want to yourself? You're not bothering anybody. As long as you keep your hands to yourself, why would anyone care?
Casual
Everyone will be perfectly aware of what your doing, but they won't see any reason to care unless you get in their way. If you shake your dick in a woman's face while she's trying to watch a movie, she'll just ask you to scoot over a little so she can see the screen but she'd never dream of telling you to put it away. That's none of her business.
Who is "yourself", anyway?
These branching stories are going to have 3 very simple premises: 1) You exist in a world where your character AND ONLY your character gets to have sex with whatever group or groups of people you choose wherever and whenever he or she desires. 2) The circumstances under which he or she can have sex with that group can be specified generally or specifically. 3) The response of the people you have sex with and/or the general public can be chosen.
