Your video has gone viral

You hear Carrie’s phone ping and she picks it up.

“It’s Kim. She says the video of you and Mae had gone viral. One of your company’s competitors delivered pizza to your HQ.”

“That doesn’t sound good,” you say.

“That’s what she says. She’s pretty sorry, but she doesn’t think this is going to go well for you. She’s suggesting you might want to lie low for a bit.”

“How many hits has it got?” you ask.

Carrie checks her phone. “It looks like more than a hundred thousand,” she says. “But it’s trending so that figure will go up. Lots of people waking up on Sunday morning and looking for some entertainment.”

“I’ll text Mae,” you say. “Let her know what’s happened.”

You: Hey Mae. Hope you had a good night. Thought you should know that video is trending.

You quickly get a reply from Mae.

Mae: Yea! We’ve been producing more material, but I’m going to just put it on my OnlyFans. I updated the Pornhub link to point to my new site.

Mae: Are you guys going to come over? Everyone’s here still.

You show Carrie the text. “What do you think?” you ask.

“Sounds like fun. Shall we go over after breakfast?” she says.

You: Hey Mae, we’ll be over in an hour or so. Does that work?

Mae: Sure. Bring pizza ;) See ya.

You and Carrie get yourselves together and make breakfast.

You chuckle at that. “I don’t think that’s me,” you say.

You tidy up the dishes and leave the apartment together to go to Mae’s.
