Your eyes trace the curve of her calves, the memory of her gripping your waist still fresh. You let out a long, heavy sigh. "I'm not opposed to the idea," you admit, your voice laden with desire "In fact... I really like the idea of doing some exploration, exploring you."
Claire’s eyes light up, a triumphant, heavy heat flaring in her gaze. But you raise a finger, stopping her before she can move toward you.
"But we have a problem," you say. "One major problem. Tom didn't let me get a word in edgewise out there. My work here ends tomorrow, and I'm not staying in this hotel. I'm actually heading out on a week-long vacation."
Claire blinks, stunned.
"And I did promised him I'd take a good care of you..." You let the words hang.
A slow, brilliantly wicked grin spreads across her face. "So naturally, that means I'm going with you."
You stare at her, a laugh bubbling up in your chest at the sheer absurdity and thrill of the situation. "Oh, really? And how exactly are we going to tell your husband that I'm going on a week-long honeymoon with his wife?"
