You wake up in the morning

A fitful night's sleep causes you to wake up a little groggy. As you go through the motions of getting ready for class you struggle to shake off the sleepiness that pervades your mind. You could really use that coffee, which makes you think of Eve since you always meet her there before class. Your gut tightens all over again. But then as you brush your teeth a light bulb goes off. You quickly spit out the toothpaste, take a swig of mouthwash, and rush to your dirty pile of clothes. You quickly rummage through the pockets of your pants and pull out your little note pad. Still spelled out from yesterday:

2. Women allow, reluctantly, anyone to grope their chest

3. Women to a degree excuse men's lewd behavior

4. The effects are campus-wide only

You realize after all of yesterday's events, nothing seems to have changed. Does that mean that nothing else will change? You hope so for the sake of Eve.

After your conversation with Connor, you feel a little more confident that these laws hadn't actually been around in prior years. Then again, Connor isn't the most reliable person and would totally overlook such details just to have these sorts of benefits. You're definitely not a science major but decide you should probably get another data point about this. Your sister! She's always had a level head - the science geek of the family - and she's a senior in high school looking at schools. Maybe she can use a college visit as an excuse to come to campus. Surely she'll see the absurdity of it all. You shoot off a text to her about visiting but given it's the start of the day, you don't expect a reply until maybe even after school is over.

With a renewed optimism you finish getting ready, get in your car, and head to campus.
