What's next?
You meet the staff
You and Ava arrive at the school and walk to the staff room
Aiden: How long will it be before the rest arrives
Ava: About 30 minutes, I would say
Aiden: good
You take a seat, while Ava just stands there
Aiden: Aren't you forgetting something
Ava: What do you mean
Aiden: coffee
Ava: Oh, I'm sorry, I forgot
Ava makes the coffee
Ava: Here you go, and again I'm sorry
You get up and walk up to her
Aiden: I don't like repeating myself, Ava
Ava walks back until she stands against the wall
Aiden: So listen when I tell you something, unless you want me to teach you in a different way
You don't even hide the fact that you're staring at her tits, and yet Ava can't help but to get turned on by you looking at her like a piece of meat

Aiden: Do make myself clear
Ava: y-yes Aiden
Aiden: What did you just call me
Ava: I'm sorry, yes sir, I understand
Aiden: better
Ava: What's wrong with me? Why does it feel so good to have him boss me around? I've never felt like this before
The door to the staff room opens, and a couple of male professors walk in and start introducing themselves to you
?: Morning, Ava
Ava turns to the door and sees her colleague and friend Bridgette

Ava: glad your here, Bridgette
Bridgette: So that's the new headmaster, isn't he a bit young? How old is he
Ava: 18
Bridgette: Are you serious? He's as old as the freshman
Ava: I am well aware
You notice Bridgette
Aiden: Well, who do we have here
Ava: This is Bridgette, she teaches history and is the school counselor
Bridgette: I also teach Spanish as an optional class
Aiden: optinial class
Ava: These are classes that are not mandatory for students to follow, most of these classes are at the end of the day
Aiden: and students go to them
Bridgette: Some do, it looks good on your report card, and others use it for extra credit so they don't fail the year
Aiden: is it really that bad here
Bridgette: You have no idea, more than 50% of the students have trouble getting to next year
Aiden: No wonder the graduation percentage is at 30%
Bridgette: I still haven't gotten your name, sir
Aiden: i'm Aiden Pearce
Bridgette: Pearce? that last name sounds familair
Aiden: is everyone here
Ava: We're still waiting for Diamond
Aiden: She needed to be here 15 minutes ago. Let's start
You make your way to the middle of the room
Aiden: Thank you all for coming. I'm sure you're all curious why I called you all here and gave the students a day off
The door swings open and Diamond walks in with not a care in the world

Aiden: your late Diamond
Diamond: Who let a student in here
Ava: Diamond, that's not a student
Aiden: I'm the new headmaster, so in other words you're boss, so show some respect
Diamond: Whatever
Aiden: Oh, I'm gonna enjoy breaking you
Aiden: Now where was I? Oh yes, things are gonna change around here. My job is to make sure the average grades go up from a pathetic 4.5 to a respectable 7.0
Bridgette: And how are you gonna do that
Aiden: By changing wahtever i want, the students have become too comfortable with mediocrity, and who's fault is that? The students or the teachers, so you're all on thin ice now. I will fire each and every one of you if I'm not satisfied with your work
Diamond: you don't have that power
Aiden: Yes, I do. So did he previous one, he just was too scared to use it
Aiden: But speaking about you Diamond, I want you to explain something
Diamond: Like what
Aiden: How did you convince Ava's husband to change your son's grades
Diamond: What, I don't know what you're talking about
Aiden: Don't lie, Ava and I discovered that Lamar's has failed all his grades, and yet his report card tells a different story. You made Jake change his grade to make your son look better for all the talent scouts
Diamond: That's a lie
Ava: Jake has already confirmed it to me when I asked him last night
Aiden: I should fire you for this, but I won't
Aiden: Instead, I'm gonna take it out on your son
Diamond: What, you racist piece of shit? You just can't stand a black man doing well in life
Aiden: Because you made it easy for him
Aiden: he will be kicked from the team until he gets his grades up, of course this means he won't be ready for the tournament he's working so hard for
Diamond: you'll pay for this
Aiden: Shouldn't you be more concerned about your husband? What will he think when he finds out that his son is failing every grade? I don't think he'll be happy
Aiden: Especially since he's out there in the army, putting his life on the line every day to serve his country
Diamond looks at you with anger
Aiden: This goes for all students. No more special privilege for students, everyone staff and students are all back at square one until I say otherwise. Is that clear
All the staff nod their heads, though you can tell not everyone is happy with you
Aiden: Now I want every single one of you to make a plan of what you're gonna teach this week and how you're gonna do it, you can go home if I agree with it
Bridgette: And what if you don't
Aiden: the building is open until 20:00, so better start writing, unless you want to stay that long
