You keep at it

Despite your doubts, you keep at it. It is a good tactic you've cooked up, and most space battles are not decided by sudden twists and risky gambles, but by determined leaders who are willing to carry out their orders.

Shot after shot lands on the enemy vessel. Their shield begins to flicker. Then you hit them again, and it ceases.

“Keep firing!” you order. You want to take care of the main gun first, and deal with the ship later. But the pirates have a final trick up their sleeve: They suddenly stop the acceleration of their vessel, and they manage to avoid the next projectile. With the additional benefit of you running yourself right in front of that cannon.

“Evade!” you raise your voice. But they are simply too close.

You hope for a moment that the shield could hold. That hope is soon swept away however, as the brilliant projectile collides with your vessel, tearing through your energy shield and your armor. You feel your body launched forward. You raise your hands in defense, but it is too late, and everything goes dark.

You feel a gag being inserted in your mouth.

Someone gropes your breasts and places cuffs on you.

You want to protest. But everything goes dark again.
