“Now fire” ordered Sapphire revealing your fleet of three cruisers to the monster AI and unleashing a hail of missiles and energy beams at the skull ship.

“Direct hit Mistress his shields are down” yelled one of your soldiers before the skull ship retaliated with a barrage against one of your other vessels. The resulting carnage ripped it in two.

“Shit” you yelled, mercifully none of your favourite slaves we’re on board that vessel. The ensuing battle raged for several hours, but eventually every single weapon of the skull ship was disabled.

Now it was time for you to board the ship, after all one of your key aims here was to use the new technology for your advantage. With a strike team consisting of Wonder Whore, the Kryptonians, and Wild Girl you began to board the ship. Though several machines attempted to slow your progress your team were more than capable to break their way through into the main control chamber there you didn’t find quite the brainiac you were expecting, but rather a female variant.

“Brainiac 8, also known as Indigo. I thought you had been killed” demanded Wild Girl.

“I was rebuilt, without that insufferable Indigo persona sent to infiltrate Earth. Now I exist simply to act as Braniac’s successor, and your conquest piqued my interest. You a mere male human have bested a league that have successfully defeated foes many times better than yourself” she said with mild curiosity.

“Maybe you should have learned their lesson” you threatened.

“In such a short period you have advanced humanity years ahead of its intended schedule. Already it has become a spacefaring empire in a few short years. Still you wanted to board this vessel, I’m assuming that you want access to my technology, in exchange for my life and freedom I’ll give you full access” she explained, it appeared she was aware she was beaten.
