You arrive at the clinic.

Karl lifts you easily from the bed and drapes you unceremoniously over his shoulder. The Doktor leads the way, Karl following closely behind. The man's broad back hides your view of the blonde woman, but you can still hear her heels clicking a few feet away.

You fume with frustration, still twisting and turning your wrists and ankles in a futile attempt to free yourself. A sharp warning slap to your bare bottom makes you squeal, but the hot sting of your buttocks causes you to cease your wriggling and lapse into a seething, sullen obedience.

The security guard has no difficulty bearing your weight; the man is twice your size. You are carried down the stairs, out through the front door and along the sidewalk at a leisurely pace. Looking right and left, you see a few people out and about within the gated community. To your astonishment, none of these react with surprise to the sight of a naked young woman being carried with wrists and ankles cuffed in plain view.

"Guten tag, Frau Doktor, Karl," A woman tending a garden calls out as you pass. You shift slightly as Karl raises his arm to wave in greeting. "A fine new addition to our community, you have there."

The clicking of the Doktor's heels ceases, and Karl comes to a halt as the woman comes closer. Neither the Doktor nor Karl makes any objection as the woman lifts your head to look at your face curiously. The woman is blonde and attractive, which now occurs to you was all those you had observed within the neighbourhood.

"Oh my, she is die schone madchen," The new blonde exclaims excitedly. "The boys will be like bees around a flower with this one. Is she a breeder?"

"I still need to carry out an examination," You hear the Doktor answer. "But I feel confident that her transition was a complete success from my preliminary observation. Once she accepts her new role, she will hopefully be a perfect wife and mate."

The brief conversation leaves you numb with shock as you continue the journey the short distance to the Doktor's clinic. Karl carries you to a room, and as he waits for further instruction, you watch the Doktor put on a white labcoat. She nods towards something out of your view, and Karl carefully slips you off his shoulder and cradles you in his arms as effortlessly as if you were a child.

"Oh no!" Your voice is soft and frightened as you now see the gynaecologist chair fitted with stirrups that dominates the centre of the room.
