You're her neighbor (Male)

You first met Cathy when she rang your doorbell and introduced herself as your next-door neighbor. After a decently long conversation, you learned she is staying in the empty house her mom bought for tax purposes and that she will be attending your high school and joining your class. You didn't know much about her then, but given her cheerful and friendly behavior in and out of school, you figured she would be a good friend and neighbor to have.

However, you quickly found out that things are a bit more complicated with her.

One is her weird hatred for Luna. Luna became your neighbor the same day Cathy did. Her hatred for Luna was weird to begin with, but the day she learned Luna was a neighbor was the day she decided be a horrible neighbor to her. She would file frivolous complaints against Luna with the HOA, spread nasty rumors about her to the other neighbors, and purposely drive through water puddles to splash her while walking home with an umbrella. Sometimes, Luna's packages would be stolen, and one night she found her tires slashed, her house egged and toilet-papered, and her lawn littered with trash. While Cathy was never proven to be involved, since your house is between the two of them, you got a few glances of Cathy running to and away from Luna's house.

But that's not the weirdest thing you have noticed. Many times, you hear loud hissing, purring, and roaring coming from her house at random hours during the day and night. When you ask her, she claims that it's from her cats, the movie she is watching, and the noise machine she has. Which makes no sense since those noises are too loud, sporadic, and emotional for that. One night, you heard the noise and looked at outside to a blurred figure moving very fast way from her house. You were so shocked that you decided to stay up that night waiting to see that thing again. However, towards dawn, you had instead noticed Cathy sprint back to her house, and while it was still very dark, you were pretty sure she was naked.

You dismissed what you saw that night as sleep-deprived delirium, but when you mentioned what you saw along with the noises you heard to your friend Nebula during history class, her immediate reaction was to claim that this was evidence that Cathy is the leopard-like creature few people have claimed to have seen. Something that Alena backs her up on.

While Nebula's and Alena's theories are normally insane, like their theory that there is a werewolf running around, a part of you can't help but wonder if they are right about this one.
