Kara rolls her eyes, “no, no. That’s ridiculous” she says after a moment, but $4 million was at least enough for her to briefly even consider it. Wally almost looked disappointed, “ah, oh well then” he puts his phone down. “That was pretty awkward earlier..right?” Kara nods, “I am being way too rash” she sits down and puts her face in her hands, “I just get so embarrassed and so pissed off that I am even in this scenario...” Wally puts a hand on her shoulder, “well if it’s any consolation I think you look really hot.” Kara glares at him, “get out.” Wally quickly pulls his hand away, and then he speeds away from her. “What a terrible day” Kara mutters as she lays down flat on her back and stares at the ceiling.

After a while, thoughts about what $4 million could be used for fill her head. She could replace all of her belongings and then some, it would be that easy...briefly some selfish uses of what the money could be used for cross her mind, but she dashes those thoughts away. No, if she does this she will replace all she has lost and use the money for something else. Perhaps, she considers, if she does this, she could regain control of the entire situation and be able to move past it...

Kara was able to get in touch with playboy very quickly. After awkwardly chasing Wally down and asking to borrow his phone, she had made a twitter account and DMed the official playboy twitter account. After for a video for verification, they sent her the information and asked when she would he available. When she had said whenever they could use her they gave her a where and a when almost immediately.

A day later, Kara flew across the country, almost instantaneously of course due to her powers, to a rooftop in downtown Los Angeles that was chosen for the shoot. Remarkably it only took them a day to get all of this together, but she figured they must have been worried she would change her mind if they had waited any longer. They were probably right. She had slept on the sofa, though she didn’t look it. Before she came she did her own hair and makeup, as she usually does, and she showered before coming. Still she isn’t without clothes.

As she descends and slowly lands on the roof, a crew of people and a few people that she thinks look like executives stare up at her. A man in a suit steps forward and waves his arms at her, so she lands in front of him. She decided early on that if she was going to do this she would have to go all in. So, despite very much wanting to, Kara refrains from covering herself at all. “Hello Supergirl, I have some forms for you to sign before we proceed with everything” he says to her, doing remarkably well at keeps his gaze at eye level. Though, she realizes, a man in this industry must see a nude woman quite a lot. “Yes of course” Kara says, taking the legal forms and signing several of them for a few minutes before finally they are all signed.

“Alright” a man who as she was signing things earlier had introduced himself to her as the director says, walking over to her, “we are going to do a pretty standard shoot, first we’ll have a brief interview where we’ll ask you various things about you, and it will be paired with some behind the scenes of the suit itself and some shots of our own that we’ll do separately. Okay?” Kara nods, “is there anything else?” The Director nods, “yes, we were under the assumption that you would be in costume to begin with” he tells her, “but not to worry, we made some preparations of our own...” an assistant hands the director a suit case, which he then opens and reveals to Kara a perfect replica of the suit she had lost due to Cyborg’s lab explosion.

A few minutes later Supergirl was sitting in a chair that was provided for her, finally wearing clothes for the first time in well over 24 hours. “Hi, I’m Supergirl” Kara says to the camera after the director had called action, a warm smile on her face as the interview starts, “the first superhero to date to ever be in playboy!” The words are strange to her, but none could to tell when watching the footage. “How would you best describe yourself?” someone off camera asks, later to be edited out. “I would bear describe myself as...honest, helpful, and maybe a little rash at times, but a good person where it counts.” A moment later she is asked “what is your nationality?” Kara thinks for a moment, “My nationality...well I am from Krypton” she answers after a moment, “but I am blonde haired and blue eyed so you tell me what that is here on earth” she laughs slightly, a nervous laugh but one that works in her favor. “What are your hobbies?” she is asked. “What are my hobbies? Well, I like to write a lot, but outside of that I guess you could call being a superhero a hobby because I definitely don’t get payed to do it” she says. “How did you get so exposed in front of so many people the other day?” This question causes her to pause for a moment, “I was sunbathing in the nude when I saw the plane” she answers, blushing, “so I did what I had to. When I got back to Titans Tower, because I had just joined the team, Cyborg had blown up my room on accident so I’ve been stuck naked for a while.”

The interview went on for a bit, but at last it was over and Kara got up out of her chair. “Alright, that was perfect Supergirl” the director says enthusiastically, causing Kara to wonder if he was more ecstatic about the interview or getting to photograph a world famous superhero in such a compromising way. “We’re going to take a few completely clothed, and then slowly remove everything piece by piece before then taking several nude ones, okay?” Kara nods.

Posing for photographs was a very awkward situation, but after a while she got into a motion where she’s just did as directed and let them get their shot. They had decided that since she could fly that they would have her hover above them for all of her dressed shots and then as she stripped. Before she knew it, she was hovering above them without any clothing at all. “Alright, great!” the director praises, before then instructing her to pose into all kinds of compromising positions. Her legs spread, bent over, teasing her nipples, she did all sorts of things till at last they called it a day.
