With incredible **** she was able to bring her powers up, and with enough effort she began to feel the walls holding her back begin to crack. Outside of her mental prison the chip on her neck was starting to break.

“What the hell?” gasped Violet as she saw this woman breaking through her mental control. Until

“I don’t know who you are, but you are going to pay for that bitch” she snarled lining up her powers on Violet.

Thinking fast and with the benefit of her mother’s reflexes and aunt’s training she was back on her feet in an instant. Something had gone terribly wrong with the mind control process, and Captain Marvel didn’t seem to be the type to forgive easily. And she was pulsing in some form of energy Violet didn’t recognise.

Another series of energy blasts, Violet could dodge the first two but the third hit her in the chest. Breaking not only her mind control device but also her weapons leaving her defenceless.

Violet began to immediately power up her teleporter but it would take time. Instead though she put her martial training to good use sliding between her legs and making a run for it. Soon finding a tunnel from which she could dive into.

Captain Marvel didn’t notice her here, thanks to her training with Batslut and Batwhore. But without a mind control device there was nothing more she could do.

Fortunately her teleporter had recharged and she slammed herself back to her father. To admit her failure.

A/N: one of the biggest issues with the DC storyline was the lack of the good guys fighting back. Therefore one key difference I’m making this time around is that you can fail and the heroes do fight back. (Don’t worry you’ll get another shot at Captain marvel)
