Does Rachel let her pants drop?

Yes she does

Rachel made a small jump and felt her pants fall down and pool around her feet. "Oh no, my pants fell down, now I'm standing around the apartment in my underwear." She feigned in horror while stepping out of them. "Oh well, popcorn is almost done, can't let it burn." She explained to herself, as she heard the microwave ding.

She poured the popcorn into her bowl and made her way towards the couch. She shivered as a cool draft hit her, her nearly nude form being made obvious. Rachel had to admit it was somewhat freeing to be walking around with little clothing. 'No one is around, so why wear so much clothing.' In fact, a part of her felt excited about this.

She soon wondered what walking around the apartment was like in her nearly nude state. She walked into the bathroom, then the closet, even daring enough to prance around Monica's room. Each new room making her more eager to keep going.

But as she walked around the apartment something felt off, she didn't know what it was. She thought at first it was her walking around the way she was, she thought maybe she was sick. Then it kicked in the one word that had been on her mind since this afternoon. Naked. She looked down and looked at the very expensive piece of lingerie covering her womanhood.

She blushed at the idea of taking them off, wearing them was a safety net of sorts for Rachel, her last defense to argue against Phoebe, but right now walking around without most of her clothes hadn't been entirely bad.
