As Laharla and Etna climbed off me and adorned my face (and each others') with kisses, there came a clapping from the doorway. Flonne leaned against the door frame, chest heaving from exhaustion. She had redressed, though her hair was now a mess after all she had been through. Despite it all, Flonne was beaming.

"Wonderful! I never dreamed you'd be able to inspire love in both Etna AND Laharla! You're incredible, John!" she declared, giving me a victory sign with her fingers. Laharla laid on her back, staring at the ceiling. "You can say that again," she muttered, a dreamy smile on her face. "You're incredible, John!" Flonne repeated. Smartass...

Etna sat up, pulling herself to her feet. "I coulda told you that," the demoness said proudly. "Now you understand why I decided to stay in the humanworld instead of going back?" Flonne and Laharla nodded, Flonne handing me my discarded clothes.

"How are you feeling, Flonne?" I asked as I put my boxers back on. Flonne giggled. "Tired, but happy," she replied. "I was wrong to try and trick you all that way. I blame Etna and Netherworld television." I glanced at Etna. "...yeah, I can see Etna as an influence," I mused, making Etna stick out her tongue at me.

Popping my neck, I sighed. "Okay...here's the deal. Each night, one of you gets to sleep in the same bed as me. The other two stay in my guest bedroom together. Break that rule, you'll be punished," I explained. "We'll draw straws to determine who goes first. In the meantime, I think we all need to get cleaned up."
