It was around 1:50 p.m. when I got back to my room and heard signs of someone in there. I opened the door and was greeted by my roommates back lowered in front of his dresser. He was unboxing his things. I first noticed he brought a TV, a PlayStation and his laptop. When I closed the door behind me, he stopped what he was doing and turned to me with a smile on his face.

“Hi, mate! I'm Ethan.” This fine dark blond lean guy dropped a few things on the desk and offered me a handshake. His biceps were protruding on his right arm and his black wife beater left little to imagination.

“Nice to finally meet you.” I laughed.

He resumed putting his things together. I noticed his toned physique in a lean athletic form for a while. After I came to my senses again, I dropped my gym bag near my bed and sat back.

“Yeah. Sorry about that, I left my stuff here last night to help out my girl at her dorm.” He said putting his TV and Playstation together. Oops, straight guy alert, I thought to myself.

“That's ok, dude. Need any help unboxing? You brought a lot of stuff here.” I said.

He unboxed a few other mini consoles and I noticed a Nintendo Switch.

He laughed at your comment looking at all his boxes while you didn’t sport any suitcase on your side. “No it's alright. I brought a lot of these because it's important. I'm a Game Design student.”

I raised an eyebrow impressed. “Oh yeah. I heard they were offering those now. But by your looks and shape I just thought you were studying something else.”

“Cheers, mate... I guess.” He stopped looking at the Switch and looked down at his own body. “I played a lot of football back in high school.”

Perfect jock boy, I thought.

“I see... So you and your girl managed to be accepted at the same University?” I asked him to change the subject as my hormones were getting to me.

“Yeah, that's crazy, right?! We’ve been together since high school and now we brought things to college too.” He said with a faded smile.

We chatted for a little while until he finished unboxing and I got to know some things about himself and his relationship with Barbara. My first impressions were that they are highschool sweethearts and nothing could get between them. Since we both didn't have anything to do all day, we relaxed and played some games all afternoon.

The night came and Ethan headed to his girlfriend’s. I ordered some food in and decided to swipe some guys on Tinder. No one was decent enough to catch my eye. They were beautiful, hot and everything else, but I found going out with them very meaningless and unfulfilling. I’m the guy that likes a little background story, even if I shove my dick in a guy’s throat after exchanging two phrases with him, but live, in person.

After chewing out my burger, I drifted to sleep watching Netflix on my phone.
