You nod your head again, this time with much more enthusiasm. Of course you want to jump at the opportunity to strengthen your magic and use it in a constructive way! "Of course, Head Mother, gladly! I would be honored to receive teachings from you."

She smiles back at you. The smile isn't one of relief but one of self-satisfaction, as it seems she also knew you would say yes before she even asked the question. She steps up to you and takes your hand again. This time she holds your left wrist in both hands and turns it palm-up. You look back and forth between her face and your arm as you wonder what she's doing with it.

After her quick inspection she suddenly pulls you towards her, closing the distance between you two as she holds your arm to her side to keep you close. She places her free hand on your chest, vaguely over your heart, and you begin feeling that spot warm up intensely. The sensation is almost of a hot iron being held against your skin, but without the searing pain to accompany it. What does accompany it is a tingling sensation, as if a feather or paintbrush is swiping across your skin. Several times the sensation gets intense enough that your body instinctively wants to pull back but the Head Mother has a strong enough grip on you that you stay in place.

You stay locked together like this for several minutes before you are suddenly released, taking several unbalanced steps backwards as the head mother inspects her handiwork. You look down and see a swirling heart shaped mark glowing red on your left breast.

"Only you, I, and Oanh herself can see that mark," the Head Mother explains. "I can share my intentions directly with you through this. When you need a one-on-one lesson, I will summon you through it."

You nod again. It's a bit flashy, but you already have a basic understanding of how these telepathic marks work. With a final smile and kiss on your forehead the Head Mother lets you go.
