After Cremea and Fio had come back, they informed Kazuma that there weren't many alligators left, just a nest with about ten, at least as far as they saw.

"There were more of these blasted things than the Lovely Rabbits!" Kazuma groaned. "They must have been here a while before that noble noticed..."

"We still have about four hours before sunset, we can search the lake after taking care of the nest for any more..."

"Right, lead the way..." Kazuma sighed.

As it turned out, it took a full two and a half hours to ensure that the lake had been cleared out. Kazuma had forgotten to utilize his Detect Enemy skill while fucking Aqua, but between him and Fio after some time patrolling after killing off the nest, they were quite certain they had gotten them all. In fact, Kazuma had secretly sent Aqua to scout the lake as a mermaid to make absolutely sure, though he obviously didn't tell Fio and Cremea that. "Well then, we best get going... We'll tell the guild we got it done, and the nobleman will come by tomorrow to make sure we got it done before giving us our reward!" Fio said cheerfully.

"Yeah, agreed," Kazuma grinned, Darkness having rounded up all the corpses of the alligators, tying them together with rope, and dragging them all behind her. '...jeez she's strong,' Kazuma noted with a slight sweat drop.
