Write a letter to Feng Bing

Using Ran Ran's connection, you deliver a letter to Feng Bing at the group's headquarters.

In the letter, you introduce yourself as Xue Yun, a young martial artist learning about the vast world. And in that world, you praise, the Phoenix Martial Arts currently aims supreme. Of course, Feng Bing as the Phoenix Maiden, is also known as one of the most powerful martial artists. Calling her as the Elder Sister Feng Bing, while referring to yourself as the Young Brother Xue Yun, you tell her that you're interested to learn first hand the strength of Phoenix Martial Arts and would be delighted if she as the Elder Sister could show you first hand.

The letter seemed to flatter her a lot but for your culture, this kind of writing is already disrespectful because you already bypassed several cultural norms by introducing yourself directly and immediately following it up with a request to fight her. But as the emperor, this level of deference should show her how much you respect her.

To your actual surprise, you receive a favorable reply from Feng Bing. In that letter, she praise your magnanimous and open minded attitude. As your Elder Sister, she is more than willing to instruct her little brother in the way of the Phoenix. Feng Bing includes a list of names and finished it by saying that she hopes you as the younger brother can give face to her.

Basically, she gives to you the names of Empress Dowager YI's collaborators and expect you to turn a blind eye to what she's doing.
