Wrapped in a blanket

Lauren bit her lip nervously. She had ****, she needed clothes and needed them fast if she was going to make it to work. Sighing, she grabbed the comforter off her bed. She carefully wrapped it around herself. It covered her from armpits to the ground, even dragging behind her slightly. It hid everything, but she was still naked, with one item protecting her from total exposure! She cringed, clutching the towel tightly, then walked out of the apartment.

She stepped into the bright morning light. Outside, most of the people in the complex were out waiting to use the shower. It was even more of her neighbors than yesterday. Lauren tried to look straight forward, hoping to be unnoticed. Of course, everyone saw the obviously nude woman with a blanket wrapped around her.

"There's Lauren!"

"Is she naked again?"

"Hey Lauren, did you become a nudist?"

"I don't know why she's bothering covering, most of us have seen it all!"

Lauren's ears burned as she overheard their loud jeering comments...
