Workout Routine

After school I confirmed with Alex that he was still coming over tonight before I headed off to the gym. At the gym the owner, at least I think she is the owner, the same woman as last time handed me a thick sheet.

"This is your workout routine, I've set the weekend as rest days for you so you don't have to come over the weekend. We'll review your progress next Friday you will be needing a new routine by then if you followed what I have laid out for you." Then she waves me off into the building not explaining more. Quickly changing into my workout clothes I head out into the gym reading what she wants me to do every day, it had me alternating from legs, arms, core and at the end it listed a cardio requirement stating it didn't have to be done in the gym if I wanted to jog around the city instead.

I was just starting when I was approached by a fit girl, she looked around my age. But she was definitely the daughter that Taylor wanted to introduce me to. I didn't stay nearly as long as last time and I wasn't as tired as well. I did take a quick shower before leaving, I did spot Carol stepping into a shower as I was stepping out of one. I thought I joining her in there but I did just meet her it would just make me look bad if I did and I needed to get my jog in on the way home. So I head out with a light jog for home instead.
