Workers-notice board-"normality"

Workers-Anyone directly affiliated to the office/business you work for, or anyone inside the same workspace(ex: a visitor)

Notice Board- If the protagonists writes an "announcement" on a piece of paper and puts it on the notice board, at that very moment every single person will become "aware" of the contents of the announcements, no matter their current location.

Normality-Anything written will be treated as normal by anyone in the office ,as if it was a normal rule/protocol/change.There is 1 big exception: while the notice board cannot affect people that arent either inside the workspace directly, it can "passively" affect them, for example: a rule that makes everyone come to work naked: While this would only affect the workers, anyone who interacts with the coworkers outside wont find it weird, they will simply brush it off as a "part of his/her job", so the naked workers could be in the subway or on the streets and noone would bat an eye, as long as the "rule" put onto the notice board includes a "worker" it will be treated as normal by anyone who interacts with them
