Work

As has been mentioned, the Lionesses basically rule their society while the males sit on the thrones of it, but although there are esteemed working Lions in the lower ranks of Lion authority culture, most work is still done by the Lionesses. They are the generals, the CEOs, the managers, the best of the workforce, and so on. Meanwhile, the Lions will act as revered figures who know not, or choose not to, get into politics and major decisions. They will still act as kings and leaders, especially for the poorer ones, acting as team leaders for protection forces or whatever, but their roles are more so for backing up the real leaders or putting their foot down when one Lioness tries to take control of the whole society or some shit. Also, because most of their life is spent as beings of power, knowledge, and sexual gods, Lions also act as gods on the battlefield or saviours of administrative work, seeing as they need to keep sharp without the constant degradation placed on working-class people.
