Work work work

Dean wakes up to his alarm, Brooke shifts in bed. She must have gotten into bed at some point during the night while Dean slept.

Dean does his daily morning routine, everything seemed normal, Brooke was sleeping in his bed and Richard was in his room. Everything was fine.

Before leaving for work, Dean peaked his head into Brooke’s office. He checks for the flash drive, it’s not in the computer. He then checks the drawer where he found the other one before, also nothing. Dean leaves for work disappointed.

The drive to work Dean thinks about how he didn’t find anything of Brooke’s secret stuff he was looking for, it’s like it all just disappeared. He starts to think he is going crazy, he definitely was not dreaming when he saw that box in her closet.

Work takes Dean’s mind off of his troubles at home. He is entirely too busy to think about Brooke and Richard, that is until lunch time. He looks at his phone and sees the app he would use to spy on his house. Dean curses under his breath, he forgot to change the batteries. He is still unable to spy on Brooke and Richard while at work. He can’t help but wonder what they are up to today.

After an internal debate, Dean texts Brooke to see what’s up.

Surprisingly she answers rather quickly, almost immediately.

“Hey I’m taking Richard to his driving test! Wish him luck!”

Dean just rolls his eyes at how much time they are constantly spending together but he knows it’s for the greater good of the Master Plan. Richard gets his license so he can drive himself, he will move out and hopefully Alexa will officially be his girlfriend, then the Master Plan can be considered a success.

Dean goes back to work.

With the work day finishing up, Dean checks his phone. He has a few messages from Brooke that he didn’t notice while he was working.

Dean read the texts, there was good news and bad news. The good news is that Richard passed his driving test. The bad news is that they went to celebrate. This next part of the text, Dean wasn’t sure if it was good or bad... Brooke was going to model for Alexa today and get her pictures taken.

Dean wasn’t told the timing of all this so he was unsure if Brooke and Richard would be home. Dean left work optimistic that tonight would be a positive night.
