It's all a...
Work in progress
Change cannot be applied
Mike closed his eyes, reaching a hand up to rub the lids until he was sure his brain could feel the motion. He opened them back up, but the words were still there. He tried to rewrite.
I have the appearance I am thinking of at this time.
Change cannot be applied
He leaned back against the toilet, “Oooooh my fucking God.”
Afi did not comment. She was letting a cup of water rest on her belly, but her eyes were on him. She wasn’t sure what the order was going to be, but she wanted to be ready when it came.
I will become the combined form of what all my slaves find attractive.
Change cannot be applied
“Does this shit not come with a manual?” Mike said, deleting the text and allowing the change to dissipate.
From outside, the two of them could hear the sounds of the TV. The voices were muffled, as was the music. Maybe a reality show of some kind. Afi eyed the door, then turned back to him.
“Master.”
“Yeah?”
“Is the distress worth it?”
“I… Yes? Yes. I want to change.”
“For our benefit.”
“Sure, but I also want a change.”
“Why?”
“Nobody ever fucked me as I am.”
“I have. As has Mia.”
“Yeah, well…” Mike rubbed his beard, “look, no matter what I try to put in, it denies me. Says it can’t be done.”
Afi searched his features, watching the crease of his forehead, the knitting of his brows. His fingers were still glistening, the light shining against each uneven nail. She reached a hand out. She didn’t bend forward, just held the hand in space. Mike looked up. Searched her gaze, reached down and took it in his own.
“It is the first day.”
Mike kept his eyes on her, searching her face for more words. Maybe some hint in her that he wasn’t finding in himself.
“It is the first day,” she repeated, placing her other hand on top. Encasing his fingers in her own, with only the slightest knuckle or nail visible, “not the last.”
Mike sighed, kneeling forward onto the tiles. He pulled his hand from hers, leaning further forward until her forehead touched with his. Their eyes closed, he could feel the heat radiating off her in that cold bathroom. Feel the burning of her unblushing cheeks. He pulled back and clapped his hands.
Theme: My body. Target: Mike. Counter change: Mia
This body is now form two. I have a second body, form one, that looks exactly like my body before I met the girls today. I can switch between these forms at any time.
Or
Our master is covered in beautiful, glittering scales that are warm to the touch and catch the light in such a beautiful way and protect him from harm and feel like the greatest metals and fabrics and emotions woven into heaven’s own armour.
The knock on the door was immediate.
“Yo Papi, you good?”
Afi looked up to regard him. He was slumped against the wall, avoiding her gaze and the door in turn.
“Yeah! Yeah,” he called, rubbing a hand against his thigh, wiping away a lingering droplet, “just go with the first one for now.”
There was silence from the other side of the door, even the TV was off.
“Don’t worry, I’ll be all scaly soon enough, just trust me.”
“Alright sluts, you heard the man.”
In the end, all six votes leaned towards his option, giving him a new body that was very much like his old body. The power he had, to put his thumb on the scales so to speak, struck him. Even with something Mia so clearly wanted. Hell, something she’d just opened up about wanting. To him. A stranger. For the first time. He’d shot her down already. He’d shot her down a lot. He didn’t want to lose her. Didn’t want to lose any of them.
He clapped his hands.
You are out of magic.
Oh fuck.
“Oh fuck.”
He leapt to his feet, slamming open the door as he stumbled into the main area. All the heads whipped around to him. Carmen had jumped back to get out of his way, and Mia still had the towel on her head. Lilly was on the couch, snuggled up in a blanket with a decidedly unsnuggled expression.
“Aw. Sad to see that go,” Carmen said, almost out of reflex as she stared down.
He followed her eye line, finding that in his rush to get out he must’ve transformed, because his cock was now back to it normal size. Original size? It surprised him too, he’d been getting used to the meat pole.
“The magic, it’s run out.”
The room was a cacophony.
“Ooooooh, shit!” “So no more-” “What do-” “How is that-” “Did the paper say-” “How do we get-”
Mike put his hands up. The room went quiet. He looked at each of them in turn. Still here. Still in the room. His eyes fell on Mia last. Wreathed in red hair and a simple dish towel, both much drier than her eyes.
“I…” A million things ran through his mind. An apology was first on his lips, but he wasn’t sure if it was forever. Reassurance was next, but he wasn’t sure if it was forever.
“How sure’s sure?” Carmen said, taking a half step towards him.
“Ok. Ok. I’ll- I’ll walk you through it, ok?” he span around, arms out, addressing all of them like a preacher on a stage, “I clap my hands, and instead of being able to put in a theme, all I get are the words ‘you are out of magic’.”
“That’s it?”
“That’s it.”
“Wow.”
“I-i-is the m-magic… different? To the n-note?” Lilly said, standing up and wandering over, blanket still wrapped around her, “it s-seems less… forthcoming.”
“You’re telling me. What I’d give for a manual,” he said, walking past Carmen to steady himself on the table, “I just don’t-”
“DAMN!”
Again, all the heads whipped around, this time to Carmen.
“I knew it was a lot of cum but girl, you look like you ate someone!”
Mike breathed out. Just her drinking in the sights of Afi. His breath hitched. Without magic, was Afi in trouble?
“We need to take her to a hospital.”
“W-w-what?!” Lilly said, moseying up behind him to take a look and instantly falling silent.
“Hold on, hold on, slow down,” Carmen said, pivoting back to him, “let’s not just jump the-”
“BWAAAAA-HUH-HUUU!”
They were starting to get neck strain by this point. Mia had collapsed backwards, half sitting half standing. Her eyes were squeezed shut, but tears were still firing onto her cheek like a hose. Her mouth was a contorted hole, drawn back in defeat and horror. Mike damn near leapt the table, skidding to her side and lowering them both to the floor. He took her hand, which she didn’t protest as she balled her knees into her face.
“Mia, Mia what’s-”
“ISSA FUcKiNG cruel JOKE! HU HU HUUUU…”
“Mia, no, it might not be-”
She spun at him, hands flailing outwards and shoving him backwards while trying to grip his shoulders.
“S-SO C-C-CLOSE! I was… I WANNA- AAAHHH!”
She tried to shove him again, but only toppled herself forward, slamming painfully into the wood floor. She moaned, like a wounded animal. Tried to push herself back up with wobbling arms. Mike turned, seeing Carmen and Lilly. Lilly had backed up into the wall, clutching tight to the blanket. Carmen had her fists balled up and a look of thunder on her face. Mike was still leaned back from where she pushed him, but shook his head at Carmen.
She lowered her fists, and he flicked his head towards Mia. For a split second, she scowled, but she fought her face to put that emotion away, stepping past the table and squatting down on Mia’s right. The angry woman pulled the sad one back to a sitting position. Mia leaned back into the cabinet doors, letting forth a garbled wail as tears and snot clogged up her sinuses.
Mike took to his feet, taking a deep breath. Lilly, Carmen, and Afi all followed him with their eyes, holding their lungs full and tight. He exhaled, and they followed his example. Stepping over Mia’s outstretched legs, he got a cup out. Simple glass, nothing you couldn’t find at a dollar store anywhere in the world. It was streaky, but not dirty, even though the greenish tint made it seem less than sanitary.
He flipped the tap, placing the glass beneath the rushing water. The coolness of it, compared to the shower, was sobering. Clarifying. He ran his fingers through it, trying to focus on it instead of the gradually depleting sobs behind him.
When it was full, he squatted down. Handing it to Mia. Her eyes weren’t open, he didn’t feel like talking yet. He pressed it into her chest. Not hard, just enough for the cold glass to rub against her sternum. In reaction, her head rolled forward, opening up to him. Bloodshot eyes, drooling mouth. She sniffled. Sniffled again. Made no effort to wipe the grime away, just fixed him with that low, anguished stare. He did not let go of the glass. It was cold on her skin.
She placed hands under his. He let go. She started to drink. He stood back up.
“I don’t know what comes next.”
He did not have a booming voice, but in that moment, it seemed like the only sound in the world.
“I don’t know if I can… I wanted to make you all happy. You’ve all lost so much, already. Your homes, your lives, your loved ones, your friends. Years. Years off your lives.”
He was pacing now.
“You… You’ve all done it willingly. You let me do it. You begged me, begged me to do it.”
He leaned forward, hands on the table. On one side, Carmen and Mia. On the other side, Lilly and Afi. Behind him, perhaps still sleeping through all this, Yuki.
“You all view that as indulgence. Having fun and getting wild. But I don’t. To me… to me it’s a kindness. A kindness I didn’t earn.”
He was gripping the table now. His fingers were getting red against the orange wood.
“I know I should enjoy this. To indulge like you all do. But that’s not my role here. You’ve put trust in me, faith in me, power in me. I am going to wield it, but I want to wield it to repay you all.”
His fingers sprang away from the table. Pushing him back. Upright. Tall. Surveying.
“And I may have just failed.”
A renewed burst of sobbing, a guttural and choking moan that didn’t fill the room so much as it fell, wetly, on the floor.
“I don’t know if we did something wrong, like we didn’t use it the way it was intended. I don’t know if it’s just gone forever, and what we get is what we got. I don’t know any more than any of you,” he said, sighing and pushing a hand through his hair, “but I do know what’s going to happen next.”
With that, he turned around and knocked on his bedroom door. The whole room was quiet, you could hear a pin drop. Some shuffling, some movement, and then it creaked open. Yuki stood, in all her bedraggled glory. Younger, muscular, and with hips that would choke a whale. Behind her, the room was pitch black, the open window revealing the night sky.
“Good morning.”
“S’not mornin’,” she replied, pushing up her glasses to rub her eye. She opened the other one, and paused, “who died?”
Mike filled her in on the situation. Lilly bundled up the discarded clothes and began folding them on the table, more for something to do than anything. Carmen had shifted from staring daggers at the floor to aiming them at Yuki, as if she were the source of their sudden lack of magic. Afi’s belly still pinned her down, so she’d leaned herself so that her head could rest against a wall. Her neck was starting to tingle. Mia sobbed.
“-and that’s why I want you to get Afi to a hospital,” he said, opening his clenched hand to reveal his keys, “take my car, and text us if anything goes wrong.”
“Mike, no, there’s no way you can trust her!” Carmen was now on her feet, almost knocking Mia over in the process, “You just told her you’re out of magic, she’s gonna cut and run!”
Mike turned to Yuki, then back to Carmen, “if she wanted to leave, the paper seemed to imply she’d do it how she arrived. I don’t think she’d need a car.”
“The magic’s gone!”
“Alright,” he said, looking back at Yuki, who was wiping the glasses with one of Hello Kitty’s whiskers, “do you wanna leave?”
Yuki replaced the glasses, before readjusting herself to stare up at him.
“Yeah, didn’t think so,” Mike said, reaching out and dropping the keys into her hand
She walked past him, being glared at the whole way, and landed on the bathroom.
“That’s all cum?”
“It is,” Afi said, rubbing the belly to demonstrate the way it moved.
“Alright. I need to pee first.”
“Would you like me to move?”
“Can you?”
“With some help.”
“Eh,” Yuki said, flapping her hand, “it’s fine.”
The door clicked shut.
“What the fuck’re you thinking?” Carmen whisper-yelled, “Why not have me do it? Or Lilly? Y’know, the ones who’re actually loyal to you?”
“Because you all need a rest,” he said, turning from where he’d been staring at Yuki to regard Carmen, “this has been a lot. Physically, emotionally, everything. You need a break.”
“But- I- Uragh!” she huffed, balling up her fists and shaking them around like she was rolling dice, “Her?!? Her. Her. For Afi. What if she decides she wants to leave, like, midway through the trip to the hospital? Leaves your car and Afi stranded?”
“She won’t.”
“HOW!” She damn near yelled, before rolling her eyes and bringing her voice back to the whisper, “How can you possibly know that?”
“She’s curious. Too curious for her own good, I reckon. She wants to see where this goes, and she doesn’t believe this is the end of it,” he offered her a smile, maybe the only easy smile he was going to have for the rest of the night, “she’s a worshipper. And worship is all about faith.”
Carmen leaned back, her features still fixed in consternation. Her eyes dressed his already naked body down, top to bottom to top again. She sighed, throwing up her hands, and passing him with a huff. She slammed herself down on the couch.
“W-wow,” Lilly said, “y-you’re… you’re really g-good at this.”
“Thanks,” he said, keeping that smile for just a few seconds more. At least, until he looked back at Mia, “though clearly not good enough.”
Mike closed his eyes, reaching a hand up to rub the lids until he was sure his brain could feel the motion. He opened them back up, but the words were still there. He tried to rewrite.
