Rob's eyes are locked with Aileen's. Her question was more rethorical than real, but he does understand her point.
She only exists because he made it that way, because he wrote a rule to make her appear. If he is so adamant about every rule being a bad idea and potentially dangerous, then so was she. He knows as little about the repercussions of her existence as he knows about the repercussions of people having no shame around water.

The truth is that he can't know. There is no way to know for sure if a rule has unseen consequences. Even with the tiniest rule, or the most extensive research to make a safe rule, there could be facets of it he doesn't consider. There could always be places in the world that end up being affected differently than he intended. Fact is that when he presses enter on the app, the rule he writes will be re-written by some omnipotent A.I. system and then enforced for his reality. He had power, yes, but only limited control.

He steps forward and takes Aileen into his arms, hugging her tightly.
"I think I would be okay with any consequence your existence causes, Aileen. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to take value away from you being here."
Aileen mumbles into his shoulder. "Are you just saying that because I make your rules happen?"
Rob squeezes even harder. "Of course not."
They break the hug and face each other again. "I honestly don't care how or why you exists. I'm just glad you do."
Aileen wipes the wetness on her cheeks away and smiles weakly. "Caught you, dumbo. You just admitted to throwing your caution away for a rule."
It was more than obvious that the conversation has affected her quite a bit. Rob once again realizes how quickly he seems to forget that she's only existed as a human for about a day. Her attempted deflection joke is still enough to make Rob smile.
"Yes, yes of course, you've caught me. My caution is gone." He chuckles, theatrically rolling his eyes.
He then takes her face into his hands, stepping closer. "Though I think it's for you, not for a rule."

The two kiss again, but this time it feels real.
It feels honest.

When they break it, they stupidly grin at each other for a few heart beats.
Then, Aileen breaks the silence. "You have no idea how much I want you to take me right now."

They kiss again, more heated this time, but Rob breaks off with a laugh when Aileen grabs at his cock again.
"Listen, you're incredibly hot and I do want this, but we're still in public."

Aileen's face is flushed when she replies and Rob could clearly see her nipples poking against the shirt.
"You can make that not matter."
Rob chuckles at first, but then looks at his phone, feeling his cock twitch at the idea.
"That's an insane idea." He says, with weak conviction.

"An insanely hot idea." Aileen answers with quickened breath, as she pulls him close again. "Writing one stupid rule won't hurt. It'll just help you get started."

Rob swallows, feeling Aileen's braless chest press up against his. Something she's clearly doing on purpose.
She bites her lip through her smile, locking eyes with him.
Rob can almost feel his caution and anxiety dissapate by the second. He grabs Aileen's hand and pulls her off the main foot path of the park.

They plop onto a secluded bench in the shade. Aileen sits on Robs thighs, straddling him in between hers, facing him.
"I don't want to see what you write. I want to see your face as you do it." and after she notices how hard Rob is between her legs, she adds: "...and I want to feel you twitch."
