Why she naked?

Because she feels like it. Tammy hated the way clothes felt on her since she was a kid and wanted to be naked as much as she could. Her favorite location was the local park. She liked to sit on a bench in the southeast part of the park and soak in the sun rays. She was very shameless and did not seem to care who saw her.
