While you wait...

Standing in the elevator with Bethany on the slow descent down to the lobby, your curiosity gets the better of you.

"So, what exactly did Jackie tell you about me?" you ask, breaking the silence.

She flashes her teeth as she grins. "You mean besides how she stole you away from your wife and rode you like a stallion?"

You blush. "Um, well..."

She laughs, "Don't worry, Dave. There's nothing to be embarrassed about. Mother has exquisite taste in men, so her interest in you is the highest compliment she can give."

This helps put you at ease a little, but then she continues.

"She also says you're an amazing husband to Suzy and that you care for her very much."

A pang of guilt wells up in your gut. "She said that even though we... you know...?"

"What? Had sex? No, that's just Mother being greedy. Trust me, she adores Suzy almost as much as you do, but she tends to take what she wants when she wants it. It normally works out well for her, but she sometimes forgets to put the horse before the cart, so to speak."

That last part confuses you. "Horse before the cart? I'm sorry, I don't follow."

Bethany sighs, "Oh, never mind. I'll let Mother explain it over dinner."

Before you can ask anything else, the elevator reaches the lobby and the doors open. Bethany steps out and you follow her.

"Hey, sis!" You hear a voice call out.

"Hey, Mel!" Bethany responds to the voice. You turn to see a short brunette woman with glasses. "Dave, this is my sister Melanie. She runs the tech department here. Mel, this is Dave, Suzy's husband."

"Nice to meet you. Wait a minute... Is he the stallion?" she asks Bethany.

"Oh shush! You're just as bad as Mother!"

"What can I say? She made me, and I'll bet she enjoyed every minute of it too," Melanie says with a shrug. Bethany just rolls her eyes.

You're struck by just how different the two women look. If you hadn't heard them talk, you would've never guessed they were sisters. Where Bethany is tall with blonde hair like her mother's, Melanie is short with dark reddish brown hair. She has a plus sized frame with a large bust and a big butt to match and a pair of glasses that highlight the one unmistakable feature she has in common with her mother and sister, her eyes. She looks like the type of cheery person who is perpetually smiling and always has something to be excited about.

"So where's Carlos?" Bethany asks her sister.

"Oh, he's in the observation room with the new girl. I didn't think she was his type."

"Me neither, but my husband is always full of surprises. Do you want to watch?"

"No thanks. Both of my boyfriends are in town tonight, so I need to get going. Dave, it was nice meeting you. I see you around," Melanie says as she waves goodbye.

"Okay, Mel, have fun!" Bethany says before turning back to you. "Come on, Dave. Let me show you something."
