What happened to Lukas' genitals?

Lukas opened his eyes. His head was literally spinning around. He did not remember anything about the last night, so he was a bit relieved when he realized he was in his own bed.

However, he felt that something was not right: he was still wearing the same shirt as the previous day, but he was nude from the waist below. His crotch area was hurting, and he did not have a morning wood, which was something pretty unusual in him. He looked at his side and was surprised to find that his boyfriend, Jens was not in bed. It was not usual that Jens got up earlier than him.

Lukas got up from bed and put his sleepers on. He went into the kitchen, still only wearing his shirt and sleepers (see image in the previous chapter). Lukas found Jens sitting by the breakfast bar. He seemed worried but managed a shy smile when he saw Lukas.

“Good morning” – Said Jens- “How are you feeling?” – There was a concerned tone in his voice that Lukas perceived.

“Not very good, my head hurts like hell and my testicles as well” – Answered Lukas.

Jens looked at Lukas’ crotch under his shirt. His average sized dick looked really shriveled and his balls kind of looked weird.

“Do you remember something from last night?”- Asked Jens, tentatively. The concerned tone was still in his voice.

“No, I remember us going to that party but I don’t remember what happened there” – Lukas answered – “it seems I hurt my balls”. For the first time, Lukas looks closely into his own crotch to find that his dick looks much smaller than usual – “also, I think my dick looks the smallest I have ever seen it. It must be because of the pain”.

“Lukas, don’t freak out” – Said Jens – “but I think you kind of castrated yourself involuntarily yesterday”.

“What do you mean?” – Asked Lukas, clearly concerned.

“well, that’s what I remember from the party” – Answered Jens
