Does Blood Beyond Marriage Bed Get Spilled?????
Well A Few Lost Their Virginity From Riding Horses
Aegon, Alys, Sansa, Margery, and The Newborn Princes Were Leading The Way To Storms End, For Jaehaerys Wedding To Lady Myrcella Baratheon. Behind Them Rode Robb Stark and Princess Daenerys and Most of The Royal Court. Lord Tywin Would Undoubtedly Be In Attendance, Sickness Or Not, This Was His Granddaughter, Of Course Ser Jamie and The Exiled Stannis and Renly Would Also Be In Attendance. Aegon Had Informed Cersei That There Would Be A Meeting Of Various Highborn Lords Including Her Father To Discuss The Newly Formed Bank Of Westeros. He'd Also Made Tyrion Promise To Refrain From Drinking His Normal Rate Of Wine and Had His Mother Control His Flow Of Wine. Aegon Needed Him At Least More Than Partially Sober For The Discussion.
There Were Several High-Ranking Nobles In Attendance, and Not JUST The Lords Of The Stormlands, But The Major Players Of All But One Of The Seven Kingdoms. Aegon Had The Unfortunate Necessity Of Being **** To Meet and Greet Most Of Them, He'd Also Had The Opportunity To Discuss Certain Matters With Several Lords, Specifically Those Involved In The Formation Of The Westerosi Bank. But There Was The Problem Of Animosity Between Houses Of The Reach and House Manderly, Who Were Exiled Before Aegon's Conquest, and Aegon Was Beginning To Question His Regret Proposing The Match Between Wylla Manderly and Dickon Tarly. True War had Only Narrowly Been Avoided, but Ultimately The Deeds Were Done, The Betrothal's Set, and Now Aegon Had To Find A New Regional Head Of The Northern Bank Branch Of Westeros, Because He Knew Nothing Of Ser Wyllis Or Wendel Manderly's Talents, Instead, Aegon Considered Wyllis's Daughter, and Aegon's Current Sun, Wylla For The Position.
Either Way, The Matches Aegon and Robb Had Discussed At Length The Previous Night Had Been Set In Stone and Accepted, So Aegon Had **** But To Focus On The Present. Aegon Met With Lord Tywin, and Found His Brother Rather Likeable, and Ended Up Naming Both Men His Right and Left Hand Generals. Elsewhere, Aegon Met Lord's Tully, Karstark, Stark, and Mallister, and Found A Few Choices for His Now Vacant Master Of Ships Position and Whatever Else He Needed.
Aegon Had Decided That The Best Option Was To Clear His Small Council Completely, he wasn't even sure he was who at this point, and just dismissed them all. Aegon Needed to Pick His Own Councillor's, Men He Chose. He'd Keep Tyrion Lannister As Master Of Coin Though, The Dwarf Was An Accountant and Master Of Numbers That Few People, Even Maester's Could Beat. Robb Stark Would Stay on as Well, Aegon Found Him Likeable and Not So Overly Southern, So He Was A Nice Change Of Pace and Varys Was Irreplaceable So Aegon Wasn't Going To Get Rid Of The Eunuch. This Left A Master Of Laws, Ships, and an Advisory Position Vacant. Aegon Chose To Add To His Small Council New Positions, Two Generals, This Time being Tywin and Kevan Lannister. Tywin Would Plan and Command His Armies, Kevan Would Command and Lead Them Into Battle. Aegon Chose To Add Two Additional Advisory Positions, One For The North, and, One For The Stormlands.
Aegon Chose To Remove Robb As Hand, Instead Having Him As His Northern Advisor, This Way, Aegon Could Promote Loyalty With Another House, His Stormlands Advisor Would Be Lord Renly Baratheon. Renly Was Popular, Fashionable, and Well-Liked By Everybody Except His Brothers. Meanwhile, Aegon Would Name Father-In-Law-To-Be, Lord Mace Tyrell, To The Position Of King's Hand, and His New Master Of Laws Was To Be Lord Edmure Tully and His Master Of Ships Lord Rickard Karstark, His Father-In-Law/ His Uncle Oberyn Technically Served As Dornish Advisor, But Aegon Elected To Instead Have Arianne Fill This Role, So She Could be Closer To Aegon, and, If Need Be, Rhaenys.
Aegon Sat In Conference With His Assigned Lord's For The Newly Formed Westerosi Bank. He Listened To Proposals, Heeded Advice, Made Observations, Before Ultimately Having Chosen Lord Tywin As The Head Of The Banks Private Army, and Naming Lord Renly Their Head Of Commoner Relations and Noble Relations. He Also Made Certain To Speak To Lord Mace and Suggest That He'd Be Willing To Part With A Valyrian Blade, Should He Drop Rhaenys Match With His Son. Lord Mace Happily Obliged Him, As He Was Now Hand and His Daughter Would Be Queen, and - Hopefully Given Time Give Birth To A Son, and In So Doing Displace The Other Princes In Line Of Succession. Aegon Now Had An Unwed Sister Who Was Now Free Of Betrothal and Marriage Pacts, But, Not For Long.
Immediately Afterwards, Aegon, Genius That He Was, Proposed A Match With Lord Tywin, Offering His Sister, Rhaenys, To Jamie Lannister As His Royal Bride. As Cersei Was Dismissed In Favor Of Aegon's Mother, Rhaenys Marrying Cersei's Twin Brother Would Cement Tywin's Loyalty. Furthermore, Aegon Found The Opportunities Of Bankrolling A Bank, Presented A Larger Crop Of Marriage Prospects. It Occurred To Aegon, That A Service The Bank Could Perform Would Be Marriage Prospect Searching. They'd Be Contracted By An Interested, and Preferably Wealthy Party, To Find A Respectable and Wealthy Match For Their Son Or Daughter. As Part Of The Contractual Agreement, They'd Receive At Least Ten Percent Of The Marriage Dowry. And As A Result, They'd Keep Such Contracts Inside The Royal Vault, Prevent Planned Thefts and Frauds.
Either Way, Aegon Had The Opportunity To Speak To Lord Eddard As Well. "Lord Stark, I Wanted To Ask If You'd Foster My Son Baelor When He's Of Age? He Has The North In His Blood, So I Find It Only Fitting The Lord of House Stark and Warden Of The North." Aegon Asked His Future Father-In-Law. "It'd Be My Honor Your Grace." Replied The Usually Stoic Stark. "Much Appreciate Lord Stark, Lord Mace Has Already Agreed To Foster My Heir, Maekar, and I Want My Second Son and First Northern Son, To Be Fostered In The North." Says Aegon. "As You Say Your Grace, For Now, I Must Speak With Sansa, Catelyn Would Kill Me If I Didn't." Says Stark. "Of That Few Would Doubt Lord Stark, Please, Enjoy What The South Has To Offer While You Can." Says Aegon Before Departing To Search For Something Stronger To Drink.
Aegon Had Found A Particularly Recent Dornish Red, Not Usually What He Favored True, But Any Dornish Red That Was Recent, Was Strong With Unset Flavour and Ripe With Spiced and Waking Flavours. Wandering Bottle In Hand, Aegon Found That Most Everyone, Was Drunk or A Little Tipsy
How Drunk Or Tipsy Is Aegon??
