Week 1 Fan Mail: Elise

Elise opened a gift that was clearly from Shar, finding an extra witch hat and… could that be a grimoire?

“Ooh, thank you so much, Shar!” Elise squealed as she flipped through the book. Luckily, she managed to catch herself before getting too carried away, reminding herself of the times she’d had to remind a young Claire to read the card included with her presents instead of just playing with the toys.

Dear Elise, it was lovely to meet you and I am so very glad that your change in orientation has not caused you problems so far. Your fascination with magic is quite cute and I would love to encourage your further exploration. To that end I have sent you this spellbook full of fun to study and use. Each spell has a cost of course, magic always has a price, but any changes should be temporary so do feel free to indulge. I also included your lovely outfit from the game as well. Now to the advice portion of the letter. You really should pend more time among the harem instead of locked away reading, as tempting as it is, but I think you have already seen that. What you may not have seen is I believe you should be braced for your daughter to join you in the harem and on the show. My experience with Harem Hotel makes me think it quite likely. Luckily Lady Aife seems a lovely and gentle Mistress, and Sera a kind host. She should be fine if it happens, but do be prepared to help her adapt in case, Shar.

“No, absolutely not.” Elise had chosen to simply deny the possibility even existing. “That simply won’t happen. I’m sure my baby girl is at home right now, cooking dinner with her grandmother. She simply won’t end up in Aífe’s harem. Though I do agree that Aífe is a wonderful girl, albeit too old for Claire. Thank you for the gift, Shar, I’ll be sure to peruse its spells when I get the chance, but please stop spouting absurdities regarding my daughter.” She swiftly moved on, hoping to distance herself from any thoughts of her daughter ending up there.

Dear Elise,
It has come to my attention that the two of us are somewhat of a humorous meme amongst the larger Harem Hotel community. Apparently we debuted in the same time block, both blonde, both older women, both professors at universities, and with names beginning with E.
I hope that the similarities of our experiences end there.
I have found myself forced to entirely remold myself by this experience, robbed of even the comfort of my appearance. Make no mistake regardless of the happy moments, this place wants to take from you. Watch out for yourself and those you care about.
With Love
Eliza Dawson

“Thank you for the advice, Eliza.” Elise offered a conciliatory smile. “I’m sorry that your experience has been less positive than my own. While there have been many alarming moments, my time here hasn’t actually been unpleasant, and I hope it remains that way. I also hope that your time on this show takes a turn for the better.”

Hello Elise,
I read your story before writing this, and I really enjoyed it. I liked your texts to your daughter in your introduction. I hope she knows how lucky she is to have a mum like you. I don’t talk to my mum or dad anymore.
I’m supposed to ask a question here as well. What was it like, having your sexuality changed? Was it strange to suddenly find girls attractive? I guess you haven’t seen any men since you started the show, but what’s it like when you think about them? Apparently my sexuality isn’t going to be changed on my season, which is nice because Emma is really sexy and I haven’t tried out her new tongue yet.
Good luck.
Poppy Chen (Harem Hotel: Storytelling Edition)
P.S. I have this vial of fairy dust for you. Scarlet says it has themes of secrecy and truth, but I don’t know what that means.

[Vial of Fairy Dust
A glass vial of shimmering rainbow-coloured dust, stoppered with cork and wax. Its magic can be used once to grant the wearer invisibility for one hour, and make them more likely to see or overhear something while they are hidden.]

“O—” She started to make another excited sound, before catching herself again and giddily storing the vial. She cleared her throat before continuing. “Sorry about that. Thank you, Poppy, and I’m sorry that your relationship with your parents is strained. I have wonderful parents, and I’ve done my best to emulate them in how I raise my daughter, even if times were a bit rough due to her father not being in the picture. As for my change in sexuality… it’s honestly hard to say. I never spent much time thinking about that type of thing, even when I was straight, so I haven’t put much thought into it.” She flashed back to her date with Aífe, and the sight of Aífe’s nude form—the smooth curve of her waist, her plush thighs, the way her breasts looked when she’d lean forward a bit and give Elise a better view of her cleavage, the brief glimpse of her pussy when she’d adjusted how she was sitting—No. Elise shook those thoughts from her head. Those are hardly thoughts you should be having right now. She reached for the next lettter before she could lose herself in thoughts of her former student again.

Dear Elise,
Congrats on getting the transformation you wanted. I can't blame you given how awesome magic is. It is an absolute shame you didn't get Bountiful Mother in a tie though. Oh well, we can always hope for the next vote. Now I'm not one to shame someone for their hobbies but you really need to spend some more time with other members of the harem. Reading is a perfectly acceptable pastime, especially since you have been awakened to the joys of manga, but this is still a social game. If you don't become close to the others you may find yourself disadvantaged during challenges for example. I know you were already thinking about that but as a long time fan of the show I wanted to reiterate how important it can be
A fan,
Sally
P. S. 36 really isn't that old as MILF's go. And if it bothers you that much you might can buy some transformations to fix that whole pesky age thing

“Thank you, Sally.” Elise sighed a little bit. “Both for the congratulations and the advice. I know I need to do better about spending time with the others—I’ve just always been more of a wallflower. Also, you say that 36 isn’t that old, but it’s hard to feel that way whenever I hear one of my students—or Diona, for that matter—talk. I’ve been hearing it for over a year at this point, but I still don’t know what a ‘Skibidi’ is.”

Dear Elise,
It seems like you are adjusting well to your situation; I commend you on that flexibility. I want to let you know that you are extraordinarily fortunate as well to have both such a kind Mistress and Host. The first time I was a contestant on this show, I was not so fortunate. I’ve also seen the difference over the hundreds of seasons, working as a staff member for the show. I’ve recently found myself as a contestant again, but I’m now in a much more similar situation as you. I hope I’m wrong for your sake, but your daughter might get dragged onto the show, especially since it seems like Aífe knows her. I would practically guarantee that happens if you get eliminated. Luckily, Aífe is determined to make sure you are reunited with your daughter. I hope you are able to find happiness with your new family, even if you don’t think of them that way yet.
Now I’d like to gripe to you for one moment. I find it complete bullshit that I keep getting told to write the MILF characters just because I’m the oldest member of my harem by several hundred years. I don’t even have children. Sorry, not that I don’t find you interesting, but seriously, we have a woman in my harem who desperately wants to be a mom. I don’t get why she isn’t doing this.
Anyway, congrats on the magic, and I hope you get more, but be prepared for more breast growth instead. The HH audience is obsessed with it, even though small, perky tits are just as good, if not better.
Regards,
Hilde Lundevall
Mistress’s Prized Mare
P.S. Tell Ember and the other employees my sisters and I say hi; it’s been a while since we’ve had a chance to meet up with Sera’s employees at any cross-set functions.

“Thank you, Hilde.” Elise responded, doing her best to ignore the bizarre title under the sender’s name. “I appreciate your concern for my daughter, but it’s pointless to worry about it—it simply won’t happen. Though I’d prefer to keep my body as it is now, I can deal with just a bit of breast growth if it means avoiding more drastic transformations, but only if it’s just a bit.”

Dear Elise,
As a fellow single mother, you have my sympathies. I wish I had things as good as you do, and trust me, you have it good in comparison. My daughter is on this twisted show with me, and any physical transformations to one of us happens to the other as well. I suspect I’m going to be pushed into sleeping with my ‘Master’ with my daughter eventually. I hope your daughter remains out of this, as my demonic host made it clear that eliminations typically come with replacements that the eliminated contestant cares about. I know it might be difficult and unpleasant to think about sleeping with a former student, but I would encourage you to try and figure out how to live with that, if not for your own sake, then for your Daughter’s.
Sincerely,
Caroline Brown

Elise wished she could vocalize a response, but her nerves were getting to her. Hearing from someone who was on the show with her daughter made the prospect real enough that the wall of denial she’d constructed was rapidly cracking. She sipped her cup of tea to try and calm herself, the liquid sloshing around as the mug shook in her hand. She only had one letter left, surely it will be more positive, right?

Greetings. Nice to be writing to someone also being enthusiastic about the prospect of getting magic out of this show. Granted, in my case this is more of a bonus compared to the other change, but one that was very much desired too. Hope we get the opportunity to trade notes someday.
Now, I am going to guess Diona meant well while warning you about the potential role of ‘boring one’ you might fall in. But you know what, as a bookworm who might be picking up magic from this place, if a younger one?
F that label. First, magic. You would have to actively try to be boring when you have that. And I don't just mean the ‘naughty spells’ this show generally pushes. Just to give a quick example: Want to share what you feel is an epic scene of a book? Illusions and voilà, you give life to your imagination to share it with all. I know I have plans for that, if not with books (karaoke for the karaoke god, mics for the throne of mics)…
All that to say, don't be afraid of showing out anything about yourself. Do you like cooking? Prepare special meals, or work someone through them to bond over the process. Granted, disappointing Ember might make it difficult for this particular season… Tea and coffee blends can be shared too for instance I guess.
But gist is there. Nothing ventured, nothing gained, but you can start from anything and not just sex. You lived a whole life, don't let the show pretend there was only work and riding your daughter to it. Heck, building up a relationship that way is more liable to lead to the sexy times than bullrushing it if one is crasses honest. Diona might have experienced that.
So make your own fucking thing, and screw any and all objections.
Keep going,
Isabelle ‘Hardric’ Richards.
PS: …You might however want to recheck your messaging history with your daughter. Especially the last one. I know you suspect it already. Only consolation I can offer is that it is unlikely to come this week, and hopefully the same next one. But yeah, this is definitely in the cards.

There was a shatter as Elise dropped her mug, the shadows underneath the table expanding to swallow the mess. She frantically felt for her phone and found that she had it in the pocket of her khakis—even knowing it wouldn’t work here, the habit of keeping her phone close in case Claire needed her had been burned into her nervous system over the past 18 years. She gulped as she pulled up her message app and opened her chat with Claire, finding… absolutely nothing out of the ordinary. Elise clearly remembered each of these texts, ending on Claire’s message saying that she loved her and wished she could’ve come here, too. She sighed with relief as she glanced at the stack of letters, a weary look falling across her face.

“I think I don’t like mail day.”
