Wake up, you sleepy head!

"Adrian! Hey, Adrian!"

Adrian Hamilton groaned and tossed around in his bed.

A part of him knew that 8:00 passed several minutes ago, and he'd be late for school if he didn't get up right now.

On the other hand, the bed he was lying on was single-handedly the most comfortable place on earth, that he couldn't go through the tragedy of leaving it.

"Come on, Adrian! We're going to be late~"

But when the anonymous voice started poking him in the side, he had no other choice but to lift his heavy eyelid and look at the speaker.

"Ah, now you are awake!"

Kitagawa Marin smiled brightly as soon as she saw her childhood friend open his eyes.

"...what do you want, Marin..."

Adrian croaked like a frog caught in a drought. Although, his eyes quickly took notice of the slightly open cleavage.

Completly oblivious to the lewd glances she received, Marin puffed up her cheeks like an angry chipmunk.

"I already told you, didn't I? We're going to be late for school!"

"Alright, alright..."

Adrian reluctantly shuffled out of his bed and went to his wardrobe.

Marin waited on the bed with a wide smile as Adrian changed into his school uniform, then they headed downstairs to the kitchen.

"Oh, look who finally wakes up."

"Didn't I tell you to set an alarm at 8:00 already? What happened to that?"

Adrian yawned loudly as he picked up a slightly burnt toast from the table.

"Mom, I did set the alarm, I just didn't abide to it."

Adrian's step mother, Yor briar huffed with exasperation.

"Why would you set an alarm of you're not going to follow it?!"

"Because you told me to."

Adrian held the toast in his mouth and flipped up Yor's skirt out if nowhere.

Yor yelped and hurridly tried to push down her skirt, then glared at her son.

"I told you to not—mmph!"

"Yeah, yeah. I'm sorry."

Adrian shoved the half-eaten toast in his mother's mouth, effectively halting her naggings.

While Yor tried to chew through the toast with her small mouth, Adrian grabbed Marin by the arm and hurridly opened the front door.

"See you later, mom! Love you!"

"Bye-bye, Ms. Briar!"

Marin waved cheerfully as Adrian closed the door behind them, leaving a frustrated yell behind as they ran towards school.
