Wait for the woman to wake up

Kazex could've just used a mind control potion to make the sleeping woman subservient to his whims, but such potions are hard to brew and therefore better reserved for stronger harder to tame breeding slaves. This one is weak enough that he could easily use **** and intimidation to control her. In time, the woman would learn her place as his breeding ****.

However, Kazex felt that he needs to find some answers regarding the woman's past and thus decided to let her rest for the time being. Kazex spent his time brewing more potions and preparing some food as he waited. After a few hours, the woman finally woke up.

The woman looked around her and was startled when Kazex entered the room with a tray filled with food. "You must be hungry after what we did," Kazex said with a chuckle. The woman just stared at him with a look of fear, anger, and suspicion. "Relax, I'm not going to kill you."

"You have the gall to tell me to relax! After..." She placed a hand on her throat and another on her womb. "After you **** me!"

"Well, yeah. What else can you do?" Kazex asked matter-of-factly. "I hold all the power here. You can't do anything to stop me if I shove my dick down your throat again."

"I'd rather starve to **** or bash my head on the stone!"

"Do that and I'll heal you before you croak." Kazex replied with the same unemotional tone as before. "Believe or not, I'd rather have you alive and safe than dead."

"And why is that?"

"You're carrying my children," Kazex answered.

"What? How?" The woman said in disbelief.

"You were still sleeping when I came inside you, so you might not have noticed. But, little known fact, goblins have a one hundred percent conception rate with any species." Kazex placed the tray of food in front of her. "Now, eat or I will **** it down your throat."
