Wait a second...

Lauren had just waddled out into the hallway when she realized something. Monica had given her dress back a little too willingly. Why? As far as the little woman knew, Monica got a kick out of seeing her running around in just a diaper, so why would she be so willing to give the woman who almost fired her a chance to cover up? Unless...

With an angry scowl, Lauren marched right back into the daycare just as Monica turned around to face the little woman. "Hello, Lauren. Shouldn't you be waiting for your -"

"What did you do?" Lauren interrupted with a growl.

"Excuse me."

"What did you do?" Lauren repeated, narrowing her eyes as she gestured to her dress. "You gave this back way too easily. You did something to my dress! What was it?"

"Why, Lauren," Monica replied, putting on a faux hurt expression, "are you suggesting that I would do something terrible to your dress, even after I was nice enough to give you some form of dignity so you wouldn't leave the office half-naked?"

"Don't play dumb!" Lauren snapped, stomping her bare foot on the tile floor. "I know you're trying to make me look like a total idiot!"

"You don't need any help from me, Lauren..."

Lauren growled angrily at the comment before donning a smug smirk. "You know what? Fine."

Lauren then reached down and pulled the dress off, leaving her dressed in only a diaper as she balled the dress up and threw it at Monica with a confident smile. "I don't need the dress. Now if you excuse me, I need to get home after this stressful day."

"Bye, Lauren!" Monica called out as Lauren turned and waddled away, "By the way, Darryl invited me to dinner tonight, so I'll probably see you tonight!"

Lauren merely flipped Monica the bird as she walked out of the daycare once more, not once looking back to see the evil smile on Monica's face.

The little woman waddled down the hall and to the elevator, pressing the button for the ground floor as it began to descend. Crossing her arms over her flat chest with a confident smug smirk, Lauren waited as the doors finally opened and she stepped into the lobby. A few coworkers who were at the meeting saw her and couldn't help but chuckle and laugh as Lauren walked by, but Lauren didn't care.

Well, she did care and blushed in embarrassment, but at least she was finally able to go home after finally outsmarting Monica.

Seeing Darryl's truck outside the glass doors of the building, Lauren had just reached the doors when another realization came to her. One that made her go as white as a sheet.

What if Monica hadn't done anything to the dress? And Lauren had just taken it off for nothing...?
