Hogwarts starts students at age 15 Harry’s powers don’t work till the fantasy is over.

Harry and Hermione have been secretly dating since they saved Sirius. They realised that they loved each other when Harry kissed her cast the patronus spell to save himself and Sirius. They decided to not tell anyone about their relationship as it might make Harry’s enemies try to hurt his significant other aka hermione.

They take it slow and not rush into anything sexual. During the time between the start of the year and the first task Harry and hermione have become more intimate they have progressed to snogging and occasionally some groping over clothes. After the first task Hermione noticed victor Krum staring at her in the library. She told Harry about it and he didn’t seem to mind he told her not to worry he is jut admiring your beauty. When the Yule ball was announced Harry and Hermione didn’t know what to do to keep their relationship a secret. As they were quietly discussing this victor krum took a seat at their table.

After he sat down Hermione took a good look at him and admitted that he was handsome. He was 6”2 his arms were stretching the sleeves of his shirt and you could see an outline of his strong broad chest that she wouldn’t mind running her hands along and exploring what else he is hiding. He looks at Harry then hermione and says to them “sorry I over heard you talking and I can offer you an answer to your dilemma.” Harry looks at hermione and sees the same question on her face and asks Victor “How can you help us?” Victor looks at Harry and suggests “You want someone to take the attention away from yourself. The only way to do this is to ask another champion. Fleur is going with her boy toy, and Cedric is going with his girlfriend. So that leaves me. I don’t have a date currently and I would love to take hermione to the ball but there will be three conditions and they are non-negotiable.”

He then turns to Hermione. Hermione looks into Victors eyes and sees them ablaze with lust. She get butterflies in her stomach and her heart starts racing as she asks what his conditions are. Victor doesn’t take his eyes off hermione and declares “To make it more believable that are going to the Yule ball together we will kiss when I go to leave to start some rumours. My first condition is that as your date to the Yule ball you will be mine for the night as my partner no matter what happens, Harry will only be a bystander and only be with you alone if you are dancing. Should Harry require your assistance which will have you leave my side for something other then dancing. I will get to take you out on a date at a time of my choosing. My second condition is you will start to improve yourself. You will make your hair prettier, you will wear less conservative clothes and I will pay for a special set of potions that will give you a body that is to my standards. But you will take those potions infront of me and allow me to make fine adjustments where it is necessary. The third condition I reserve to use at a later time of my choosing.”

He reaches into his pocket and pulls out a contract and a quill, he continues “to make sure this stays between us I have a document that reiterates my offer. It will also contains a a vow which it makes it impossible for us three to tell someone else about our arrangement without them having signed this document.” He puts it in-front of hermione and inquires “Do you want this?”
