Vanessa sets Lauren up for failure

Lauren stood, looking at the group and trying to gather the nerve to go try to get a date and win this stupid bet. While she built herself up Vanessa slipped off and approached Dan. She knew Lauren had the hots for Dan, and would definitely try to win the bet by getting a date with him. But Vanessa didn't want Lauren to win anything!

"What's up?" David asked as Vanessa approached.

"I just wanted to talk to you about my sister." Vanessa said.

"Lauren? Yeah, what's her deal? Why'd she flash everyone at the beach and pretend to be a boy?" Dan asked. "And why does she look so different!"

"Well... there's something you don't know about Lauren." Vanessa explained. "You see, Lauren was an exceptional student. So, she skipped several grades."

"Wait, really?" Dan asked. "I didn't know that."

"YEs, you see Lauren is actually my younger sister, not older." Vanessa explained. "She's shy about her age, that's why she pretended to be older and wore shaping underwear."

"So... how old is she?" Dan asked.

"16." Vanessa explained.

"16!" Dan exclaimed. But... she's in college!"

"I know, she's skipped many grades." Vanessa continued her outrageous lies. Lauren wasn't even a good student, and was of course actually 20!

"Anyways, I wanted to warn you." Vanessa went on. "You see, Lauren has a big crush on you, and I just wanted you to know the truth."

"Thanks..." Dan shook his head in bewilderment. "16!"
