Unprofessional

Leah is a slacker. She always has been. As a teacher she just does things to get by most of the time. She is often late to work or acts unprofessional. Mechanically this can make getting Tenure more difficult. This Trait is incompatible with the Teacher of the Year (ToY) Positive Trait.
