Twisted Pokeball

There's rumors and gossip about defective Pokeballs. How some of them turn Pokemon into horny humanoid beasts, of others that do terrible things to Pokemon, mentally breaking them. Still others are rumored to do things to humans, after all why are Pokemon the only ones that can be targeted for these balls.

And so rumors spread, gossip and whispers branch out. Each retelling a different view or warping of the tale itself.

There is some truth to it. There are illegal Pokeballs but each one does things differently. This is impart due to different creators wanting them for different purposes, funders who want it for their own ends, and warped glitches effecting the tech in bizarre ways.

So the question becomes; what tool do we start with?
