Chapter 7 by Yelawolf Yelawolf

Do you want to join her and maybe fuck her tonight or pass on being a general for her little army of boy toys?

Turn down being apart of her little army

You didn't want to be a pawn in her game. Teanna had power but you weren't going to be a piece on her chess board. But what about her bed? Maybe. You didn't want to a pawn for her throughout this game. Maybe fuck her or even fall in love with Teanna.

Teanna watches your face, her expression a masterclass in poker. For a flicker of a second, a genuine surprise flashes in her eyes, quickly masked by a look of cool, professional respect. She's impressed. She genuinely didn't see this.

"I'm not going to be apart of your group. If you want me seriously. You got to commit to only me and we can be a powerful couple in this house. Maybe we fall in love, maybe we don't."

"A solo artist," she says, a slow, dangerous smile reappearing on her lips. She doesn't pull her hand back, instead, her thumb traces a slow circle on your wrist. The gesture is no longer an invitation, it's a mark. 'This one is mine, but he walks alone.' "I respect that. It takes a certain kind of confidence to walk into a den of wolves and announce you're a sheepdog. I get you want me all to yourself. But I need so much adoring attention. One will not be enough."

You stare at her hard. She really is a great beauty. But those cunning wolf like eyes told you so much.

She leans in impossibly close, her lips brushing against your ear. Her whisper is a silken threat and a carnal promise all at once. "Just know something, John. My bed is always open to capable men. But my protection... my alliances... those are exclusive. Walking away from me means walking away from the shield. You're on your own. And a 'Regular Joe' on his own is just... another speed bump for the steamroller." She pulls back, her eyes dancing. "But hey, who knows? Maybe I like watching a good demolition." The wink is a final, devastating punctuation mark.

With that, she turns on her heel, the scent of jasmine and ambition lingering in her wake, and sashays back toward the center of the room, her head held high. She didn't get a general, but she made her point. She marked her territory and left you standing in the open field, now completely and utterly on your own.
