Tom held the coin between his fingers, his eyes gleaming with excitement as he whispered, “I wish my wife was Tsunade.” The coin glinted once before falling silent, as if absorbing the wish itself.

Sarah frowned at first, sensing something strange. A peculiar warmth began to flood through her body, like a pulse of energy slowly taking hold. Her skin tingled, a strange tightness gathering in her chest. She gasped softly as her breasts began to push against the fabric of her bra, swelling larger with each breath. Her body seemed to elongate, becoming slender and statuesque. Her shirt shimmered, twisting into a grey, kimono-style blouse, revealing an impressive amount of cleavage. A dark bluish-grey obi materialized around her waist, securing the new outfit, while matching pants formed beneath.

A grass-green haori wrapped itself over her shoulders, completing the elegant yet powerful look. Sarah ’s hair lightened, turning into silky, straight blonde locks that cascaded down her back, with shoulder-length bangs framing her now unfamiliar face. Her nails, now coated in crimson polish, gleamed as open-toed, heeled black sandals replaced her shoes.

She blinked, feeling a strange sensation tugging at her facial features—her cheekbones lifted, her nose sharpened, and her lips, now coated in a soft pink lipstick, curled in surprise.

Tom’s eyes roamed over her new form, filled with admiration. “Hey, ‘Tsunade,’ why don’t we go check out that new body of yours?” he suggested with a grin.

Sarah ’s breath hitched. She felt conflicted, her mind racing to process the transformation. Part of her was shocked, almost disturbed by how drastically she had changed.
