Try to spend time with Harmony

Outside of House Phoenix, you and Harmony are both still feeling the exhilaration from the dueling tryouts. With the lighthearted discussion the two of you shard on the way back, you get the impression you are on the verge of cracking through her tough exterior once and for all.

"Harmony, I have to ask you something." You say. She just watches you with curiosity, waiting. "Why did you help me during my duel?"

"Help you? I didn't help you." She laughs at the suggestion.

"When Brice used the sleep charm... I only came to my senses because you used psionics to tell me to snap out of it. It was your voice I heard." You confront her about the events of your duel.

Harmony raises an eyebrow and looks at you with doubt. "I did no such thing." She protests sheepishly.

"If you say so." You accept. Her denial leaving you questioning what you really heard during the dual.

Pushing your way through the front door, you find the common room is absolutely crowded with students, most of whom are socializing and joking with one another. Tomorrow being the first day without classes apparently has everyone excited to have some time off. Harmony doesn't stop for anything and heads straight for the stairs, almost leaving you behind.

"Hey, wait up." You call out to her from the bottom of the steps. "Where are you going?" You as, finally catching up to her on the second floor.

Harmony looks slightly shocked that you would chase after her. "I have work to do." She states simply.

"Work? We don't have class tomorrow." Curious about what she has to do.

"That doesn't change the fact that I have work or that it needs to be done." She says as a matter of fact.

"What work could you possibly have?" You rephrase the question to be more direct.

"It's... My divination project." She tells you. "It needs to be done by next week and I don't put things off to the last minute, like some people." Harmony tilts her head slightly to the side as to indicate you without actually saying it.

"Who's divination class are you in?" You inquire further.

"Professor Iladyrin, not that it is any of your business." Harmony's harsh tone slowly creeping back out and you can tell she is starting to get annoyed.

"How do you have a project for Professor Iladyrin but Brice doesn't?" Harmony is taken back by your final question.

For the briefest second, Harmony looks nervous but regains her composure so fast, you wonder if you were just imagining things. "I don't know. Maybe he wasn't paying attention when she assigned it. We are in different classes. Maybe, his class wasn't given the project." She shrugs.

"Ok." For the second time tonight, you accept her answer with skepticism. "I don't know anything about divination but, if there is anything I can do to help, let me know. I do owe you one." You try to lighten the mood again.

"You do, but I doubt you would be of any help. Now, if you will excuse me. I need to get to it." Harmony dismisses herself and continues up to the third floor.

Wondering what Lee and Brice are up to, you make your way back down to the common room. Maybe you should follow Harmony's example and get some work done, you did have an alchemy project to do. Tryouts continue tomorrow, maybe you could go to the library and read up on spells that might help in the dueling court.
