You sit in one of the leather covered chairs and begin filling out the info. It confirms what you were previously asked, while delving into even more personal questions. Some include how often you masturbate or have sex, the last time you have, and a list of different fetishes for you to rank, many that you had never heard of. More red flags go off, but you rationalize these away too, figuring this just let’s them choose something you would be interested in and keep you away from anything too weird..
