Tommy is gobsmacked

Tommy stood by the door, fully expecting the loser Liam to answer and be steamrolled by his firm economic logic in the rent rise. Instead was Nicky, the fit tenant whom he never saw all that often but was always on that "grindset" of hers... now she was in the altogether!

"Miss..." Tommy stared at Nicky's nakedness, speechless as he tried to reassert control.

"It's 'Nicola' to you," Nicky butted in, "and I've heard your attempt to get a 'rise' out of us," she smirked at herself with that off-the-dome pun.

"Nicola, you know as well as I do that-" Tommy tried to explain himself.

"Nope!" Nicky put her finger on Tommy's mouth to shut it, "I know the market from my business, and it's a tenants' market. Fuck fifteen, you're going to give us five per cent off from now on, is that understood?"

Tommy stood silent for a minute, staring Nicky up and down while the nude girl was silently blushing.

"Yes, yes," Tommy conceded as Liam and Diane stared from inside the living room, "I'll adjust the lease straight away."

"That's more like it," Nicky leaned on the doorpost as Tommy walked down the hall, having never once gone in the flat, "and our extensions are free from now on!" she shouted down at him as he just waved her off without looking back.

"Well," Nicky closed the door behind her as she quickly realized her nudity in front of Liam and Diane and covered herself with her hands, "if you don't mind me, I'm off to recuperate" as she jogged back to her room.
