To her dorm! However...

Neo's next plan was to head to her dorm. After all, she really wanted to mess with Cinder. Yeah, Cinder was technically her "boss" but Neo had no respect for her, especially with how she had a tendency to push her around.

But on the way, she ran into someone.

"Miss Neopolitan" a voice called out. One that she immediately recognized

"Ah crud..." She thought to herself before spinning on her heel and adopting a sweet, innocent smile.

There behind her was Glynda Goodwitch, one of her instructors, with her arms crossed, looking down at Neo judgingly.

"Don't think I didn't notice you sneaking out of class earlier, young lady"

Neo did technically leave early to make sure she got to the RWBY dorm early. She didn't exactly have a leg in this argument. So... She simply gave a shy shrug. Glynda sighed.

"Come with me" she ordered, turning around and not even waiting for Neo's response.

Neo followed behind her through the halls, clearly headed for her office. As they walked, Neo reached for her bag to pull out the book but--

"There's no need for anything in that bag right now, young lady" Glynda scolded, somehow knowing she was reaching for it without even looking.

This was bad. If she didn't get an opportunity to get the book out, she was gonna get some kind of punishment. And if she pushed her luck and Glynda confiscated the book, it was all over.

As they made their way into Glynda's office...
