To have lunch and show off her renvoations

When you start peeking the royal estate through it's tree coverage your eyes are drawn to the flowers. You remember them being pulled out and replaced but there isn't much of a change that you can see.

"The renovations are finished and I have moved in to live here full time." Anastasia said to the group. "As a house warming I will be throwing a small party this Friday."

"And you want to use it as a way to feel out if there are any other noble heirs to support you." Asune said rather bluntly.

"If there is an opportunity to do so." Anastasia responded as you walked through the front doors.

"Will Christopher be allowed to attend?" Vatarie asked looking over to you with an eager smile.

Anastasia looked from her to you. "For the maiden party men will be allow to attend."

"And invitation for the after party?" Asune asked looking over to you. You were starting to feel less and less involved in this conversation even as it grew more and more about that.

"Christopher will get many invitations I'm sure." Anastasia said looking between Asune and Vatarie. Asune didn't reacted but Vatarie glance at you with some nervous energy.

You weren't sure what that was about but knowing who was talking you could take an educated guess. "I can't see much difference between pre and post renovations." Your loud attempt to divert the conversation getting some chuckles from the girls. Considering your current sexual tally you wouldn't have thought you could get embarrassed about alluded to sexual acts yet your outburst proved you were.

"That is because unlike Edin you never learned much about style." Anastasia said getting more laughs from the group, Edin included. Well that made you think their laugh wasn't about your embarrassed diversion so much as your gaps in knowledge. You weren't sure how to feel about that. "Edin would you care to talk us through your improvements will we have lunch."

"Of course Mistress." Edin said with a huge grin. He launched into a very detailed description on each thing he changed down to the effect colours had on the feel of the room. When you reached the dinning room, Anastasia sat you and Edin on either side of her with Vatarie quickly jumping to take your other side. Edin kept talking about all the changes. While you had no interest in anything he was talking about it was really nice to hear his passion. Clearly interior design was something he was fascinated in, or at least was extremely knowledgeable about. You also noticed that the three women were remarkable content to listen to Edin's explanations.

When the food was gone and he was still talking Anastasia cut him off by stroking his hair. "As you can see Edin is a marvel." He smiled happily proud of the praise.

"Do you have any talent Christopher?" Asune asked looking at you as Vatarie stood running a hand along your shoulder, clearly trying to annoy Asune at her not getting to touch you as freely.

"When WE get married he won't need it." Vatarie responded for you.

"Would you prefer to live in our mansions without input on their design?" Asune asked you directly.

"I, ah," You had no possible way to respond to that since you were still on the fence about marriage. Seriously in your first week here you'd already picked a Goddess couldn't everyone just chill about the marriage thing.

"Christopher isn't getting married anytime soon so the point is moot." Anastasia said saving you not just with her words but by taking your arm and lead you out of the room.

You were moving fast enough that you could whisper a thank you to her. She gave you a sly smile and with your arms linked you left the estate for the next class. You weren't sure this was needed, if Anastasia was just telling the girls about the party on Friday it didn't really require going to her estate. Though dragging the four of you there without saying why was in line with her personality. Why not just ask her? "So what was this about?"

"I wanted to see how Vatarie would react you being at the after party. Her being jealous is ok so long as she doesn't get start challenging everyone who looks at you to a duel." Anastasia answered.

"So you going to keep using me to seduce people to support you?" You said it as a joke but she answered rather seriously.

"If I have too but more for my sister. If Vatarie challenges her over you, it would be mess and out of my control."

You want to keep talking but Vatarie had caught up and taken your other arm. "Are you free tonight Christopher? I want to try again." She whispered the last part in your ear and punctuated it with a nibble of your lobe.

Consider the reason your first attempt with her failed, at least the reason you figured it failed, another attempt might not help things. Damn you should have asked Clare about why you and Vatarie couldn't have sex with pain. Well maybe she'll dream call you tonight. But your paused didn't answer Vatarie who was still waiting for a response.

"He's busy." Anastasia said for you. She didn't elaborate but she was looking at Vatarie. Vatarie looked bummed but not upset.

Asune appeared at her side. "Will it take the whole night or will I be able to have some time with him?"

"That will depend on Christopher." Anastasia said looking past to study Vatarie. She didn't seemed pleased.

"Then I will wait for you at the training ground." Asune said as the end of her involvement in the conversation.

Edin appeared at Vatarie's side and looked at you silently asking for own time with you. "I still need time to recover so I might not of much use your Highness and I'm in condition to spar Asune." Hopefully that will be enough to ensure you and Edin get some time together tonight. He's slept with Blue twice now and you are missing his warmth against you.

The three women mulled your words over as you walked back to class. For them they had classes about politics, you had a class about how to be a good housekeeper.
