Tidy Ponytail → Pig Tails

Maybe let's start with something small. I replace 'Tidy Ponytail' with 'Pig Tails.'

Mom's hair becomes much shorter and her head tilts entirely away from the camera while the deck outside my door grows much larger and... that's basically it. Talk about a dud change.
