Thor

The Mighty Thor was once again on the Earth, seeking the adventure that made the bards sing his praises. To live life on the edge of mortality, knowing that he was battling with a strength that came from something beyond the human condition.

Adventuring was one of his four great loves of activity. The other three being drinking fine beers and mead, feasting on fine food that would go with the **** that he would drink and wenching with fine woman of both divine and mortal stock. But those last three were limited in the actions that he could do while he was on Midgard, under the rules of his father Odin, The All-father.

This day started like most in that he awake in the apartment that he rented under an assumed name that he kept while he lived on the plains of Midgard. A cover for those that might not be ready to face a god in the flesh, to keep them from fighting one that would be able to turn them into a light stain on the ground with his great power.

What Thor didn't know was that this day would be different than most of the days that he had experienced since revisiting humanity in the years of the new millienium.
