Things escalate

Your eyes drop instinctively to her top again, that powdery light blue clinging snug against her body, and you can’t help blurting it out with a grin:

“That blue top looks amazing on you.”

She laughs softly, almost conspiratorial, then hooks her thumbs into the waistband of her pink skirt. “Top? Not exactly.” With a little tug, the skirt slips down her hips and puddles onto the floor. What you thought was just a cute top is revealed in full—a one-piece swimsuit, sleek and form-fitting, hugging her every curve like it was tailored for her.

Your breath catches. Her legs are impossibly long, smooth, and slender, stretching down into delicate ankles. The way she shifts her weight onto one leg makes the line of her thigh sharpen, a deliberate pose that makes your throat tighten. She knows what she’s doing—every movement feels rehearsed to melt you.

You’re still trying to find words, mind blank except for the pounding in your chest, when she steps into your space. Close enough that the faint scent of her shampoo wraps around you, close enough that her swimsuit brushes the fabric of your shirt. Her eyes linger on your mouth for just a moment before she leans in and kisses you.

Soft at first—testing, tasting. Your pulse spikes. Then heat blooms, her lips pressing harder, your head tilting to match hers. Instinct takes over; your hands slide down her narrow waist until they find her ass, and you grip firmly, pulling her against you.

She lets out a muffled sound into your mouth, half gasp, half laugh, and presses closer. The swimsuit is warm against your palms, the curve of her body fitting into you like she was always meant to be there.

The kiss deepens, breaths blending, and in the back of your mind one thought rises clear above the fog: she invited you here knowing exactly how this would go. And you—finally, finally—get to stop imagining.
