What should I do?
Thieves!
I stood there in the dark, my breath wavering for several seconds. I couldn't see anything in front of me, beside me, and could just BARELY make out the shapes of racks near the front of the store. I didn't know my way around the store super well, even with it being relatively average sized for a store that sold all manner of budget outfits and clothing. Actually, I had no idea which section I was even in. To put it plainly, without the dim lights on, I was lost in the store! I began to blush a bit, but tried to calm myself. It wasn't like anyone would be here for a bit anyways. I took a glance at my wrist, and suddenly became immensely thankful for my wrist watch! The time read 6:20. 40 minutes until any of the opening shift would arrive. Maybe closer to thirty, since my friend/boss liked to show up a few minutes early to get things rolling and do a bit of inventory before everyone arrived.
I shined the light of my watch around me, its light only bright enough to illuminate the few inches in front of it. It made for slow work, having to scan in front of me with my watch like some sort of blind man walking the sidewalk, but I was getting more of a feel for where I was as my eyes began to adjust to the dark. This momentary relief was short-lived when I heard something behind me. I reacted instinctively and took to immediately crouching behind the rack, my eyes locked on the front door.
Two figures, clad in dark clothes and face coverings with lights shining into the windows from their phones. They were carrying what looked like pillow cases. I could BARELY make out their voices from across the store, and my face went pale. People were outside the store!
"You PROMISE this shit is gonna work? I swear to GOD if we get caught its your ass. The college is already on us about the prank we pulled." One chocolate skinned girl with brown hair asked, her voice wavering a bit. I could tell that whatever they were doing, this girl was CLEARLY nervous about it.
The red-haired girl next to her only laughed, before pulling out a bobby pin and some sort of small hooked object and began poking away at the lock. "ReLAXX Susie babe. I scoped this place out yesterday. Nobody here all night. They have a couple cameras, but with the power cut the alarm system AND the cameras will be down for hours at least. So don't get all chicken on me. It's not helping me." She answered, offering what looked like a cold glare towards the end of her words.
"Why is there a car out in the parking lot then?? Someone's still here! This is too risky! If we get caught, we could go to JAIL Tina. We don't even NEED this stuff. Let's just get a job down the street at the diner." Susie waveringly pleaded. Her friend only scoffed at her requests, as the door clicked.
"Fine then. Pussy out because some dumbass waitress at the diner parks out here so they don't take spots from potential customers. Suit yourself. I KNOW I need a new wardrobe, and you and I BOTH know you're STILL rocking the same boring shit you've been wearing since high school. So, are you gonna stay a basic, freshman bitch? Or..." She said, grinning smugly as she pushed the lockpicked door open a crack. The sound of the rain outside increased, and I began to realize with horror that they were robbing the store!
"...Get some free, badass shit because you're not some high school virgin shrimp?" She taunted, starting to walk inside.

A collective area for publishing ENF stories and chapters with less focus on complete humiliation and degradation.
